Study On The Education Of Tusi Officials In Rongmei In Ming Dynasty

Tusi system is a local administrative system in the southwest of China during the Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties.Recent years,some achievements have been made on the study of Tusi,but there are some shortcomings on the study of Tusi’s education.Especially the lack of Tusi education in Rongmei in Ming Dynasty,which provides a certain space for the relevant study.Tusi in Rongmei was one of the four Tusi in Huguang,which lasted for 425 years from Yuan,Ming to Qing dynasties,and which was very representative.If we study on it,we believe there will be some academic significance.Based on this,I study the education of Rongmei Tusi officials in Ming Dynasty,to expand the research field of Rongmei Tusi and to enrich the research of Tusi education.This paper uses literature research method,multi-disciplinary comprehensive research method and induction method.In the early Ming Dynasty,Ming Dynasty provided a system guarantee for the implementation of education in Rongmei Tusi officials.Ming court believed that the educational thought of "Culture and education can influence(change)distanth people " could make progress in development of Rongmei Tusi education.So Ming court set up a wide range of schools and adopted a series of educational measures.However,at that time,the Rongmei Tusi official sea was up and down.Education development was lagged.Until the coming of Yongle custom,the social situation tended to stabilize,which had laid a good social foundation for the development of Tusi official education.In the Ming Dynasty,Rongmei Tusi official education was self-contained.Which had various educational channels,and which had close and gradual education;Tusi students traveled to the world to broaden their knowledge;and the "three religions" thought was widely spread and cultivated.They constituted a rich and unique educational approach.At the same time,Rongmei Tusi official education contents included both civil and military,which not only paid attention to the official Han culture education,but also the cultivation of martial spirit.Striving to cultivate the talents who had the ability of both civil and military.In addition,Rong Mei Tusi made good use of the essence of the education of the sages,and combined the reality of the Tusi official clan.Which finally formed the educational method with the core of the "teaching method of teaching children" and the "teaching method of words and deeds".The whole official education presented the characteristics of inheritance,openness,stage and delay.Rongmei Tusi official education had a profound influence in Ming Dynasty,as far as individuals are concerned,it promoted the personal accomplishment of Rongmei Tusi officials;as far as culture is concerned,it promoted the prosperity of Tusi culture;as far as the country is concerned,it strengthened the national identity of Rongmei Tusi and consolidated the dynasty rule.This paper studies on the education of Tusi officials in Rongmei in Ming Dynasty,and tries to enrich the research content of Tusi education,and then provides reference for the better development of minority education in contemporary times.
