The fundamental purpose of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is to cultivate learners’ communicative competence in Chinese.Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not only a kind of language teaching,but also a kind of cultural teaching.Learners should not only master Chinese knowledge,but also learn Chinese culture.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of cultural teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and perfect cultural teaching,we should pay attention to the opening and research of special cultural courses,so as to promote the development of cultural teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.In the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,it is very common to use multimedia means for teaching,but most researches focus on the application of video materials in the teaching of various language elements of Chinese as a foreign language.At present,the research on the application of video materials in the cultural teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is not enough.On the basis of previous research results,this study adopts the methods of literature review,analysis and induction.On the basis of expounding the feasibility of using video materials in teaching Chinese as a foreign language culture,it selects the documentary"tea,a leaf story" as the material,and takes "Chinese tea varieties" as an example to carry out the teaching design,which confirms the application of documentary in teaching Chinese as a foreign language culture The role of teaching in the classroom.The main content of this paper includes five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research significance,research purpose and research status.The second chapter mainly introduces the four models of instructional design and the related theoretical basis.The third chapter takes Chinese cultural documentary as an example,analyzes the possibility of applying Chinese cultural documentary to TCFL design from its characteristics,and puts forward the selection principles of documentary resources.According to the principle of documentary selection proposed in chapter three,the fourth chapter selects the documentary suitable for TCFL culture class,and takes the documentary as an example to analyze the front-end of culture class teaching design,including course resource analysis,course introduction,course design principle,teaching content and teaching methods.In the fifth chapter,taking "Chinese tea varieties" in"Chinese tea culture" as an example,the detailed classroom teaching design is carried out.The last part of the conclusion summarizes the whole paper,and points out the shortcomings and the direction of the paper. |
