The term "red" is closely related to the great Communist Party of China.In various historical periods from revolution,reform to construction,people have formed a rich material or spiritual carrier under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The glorious course that the party has formed in the course of 100 years of hard work has constituted the red gene of our party,and is expressed in the form of red resources in the old revolutionary areas of the country.With the strong call and support of the Party Central Committee and the government,the inheritance and development of Inner Mongolia’s native culture has become increasingly diversified.In addition,when talking about the red resources of Inner Mongolia,it is not difficult to recall the irreplaceable role played by the broad masses of the people in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the leadership of the Communist Party of China during the National Revolution,Land Revolution,Anti-Japanese War and Liberation War.At present,the form and scale of the development of red resources in Inner Mongolia are gradually expanding,the repair work has been improved to a certain extent,more patriotic education bases have been added,and the red industry has developed to a certain extent.However,due to the lack of in-depth analysis and research in the development and utilization process,the use of red resources has not yet formed an extremely complete overall plan similar to the Yan’an Red Revolution Old District,so there are some shortcomings."Red" is the connotation and background color.Inner Mongolia should give play to the leading role of red resources in the socialist core values of the new era;use the development of red resources to drive the old revolutionary areas to create new economic growth points;the development and utilization of red resources is to guide the general public Party members and cadres study the history of the party and deeply understand the history and the important "textbook" of the historical inevitability of the people’s choice of the Communist Party of China.Vigorously developing and using red resources is an important way to strengthen the inheritance of red genes in the new era,and it is also an important era subject that the old revolutionary areas of the country need to face.This thesis mainly studies the effective development and utilization of Inner Mongolia’s red resources from the perspective of local culture,and explores its unique political,cultural and economic values,so that the inheritance of local culture and the development and utilization of red resources are combined to drive each other,and to realize the effective development and utilization of Inner Mongolia’s red resources and the inheritance and promotion of local culture.Specific research ideas:firstly,a serious overview of the related concepts of Inner Mongolia’s red resources and local culture;secondly,research on the practical value of the development and utilization of red resources in the unique local cultural area;thirdly,it explores the status quo of Inner Mongolia’s red resources and development and utilization through the form of document retrieval,data query and other online investigations;finally,based on the current situation of the development and utilization of Inner Mongolia’s native culture and red resources,relevant countermeasures are proposed for the development and utilization of Inner Mongolia’s red resources from the perspective of local culture,including the government’s role in the mutual assistance of red resources and local culture,professional teams,and new ways of dissemination,infrastructure construction and new development models.In this thesis,the author always adheres to the guidance of Marxist theory,integrates theory with practice,and seeks truth from facts to conduct serious research and analysis on the development and utilization of Inner Mongolia’s red resources.In line with the purpose of vigorously exploring the unique advantages of red resources in Inner Mongolia’s national and local cultural environment,Inner Mongolia’s red resources can be reasonably developed and utilized,driving Inner Mongolia’s red resources from local ethnic regions to the whole country or even the world,enriching the spiritual world of the masses of the people in the old revolutionary areas,and increasing the new red industries that generate income and increasing income in the old and backward areas,etc..In the context of local culture that has lasted for many years,the Red Resources of Inner Mongolia has its own style.
