With the development of tourism in Yunnan,the passage of airplanes and high-speed rail has brought more and more passenger flows to the Dali area,and the popularity of online car-hailing has affected traditional passenger transportation.The transportation market that was full of opportunities no longer exists;Due to terrain factors and ethnic customs,new transportation methods cannot fully cover impoverished mountainous villages.The needs of villagers for long-distance travel,migrant work,and returning to the hometown still need to be realized by fixed passenger lines and rural buses.The solution to the travel needs of local people is A key project.This topic solves the existing operational difficulties from the aspects of brand integration and visual identity.Based on the transformation of Dali communications and transport group’s traditional passenger transport services from business to branding,brand potential is formed through the creation of sub-brands,which in turn empowers the branding transformation of traditional passenger transport industries in border areas,and also helps other areas in border ethnic minority areas.The brand of the industry gives practical significance.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which summarizes the research background and significance,briefly introduces the research methods and innovation points;the second part is the investigation and development analysis of the operation status of Dali Transportation Group,which mainly focuses on the business dilemma to carry out research and analysis.Looking forward to the development path of the enterprise from the systematic analysis of consumer groups and consumer demand;the third part discusses the content of the brand strategy achievement of "Coda Bus" and the establishment of the brand culture system;the fourth part is about the "Coda Bus" brand Expanding discussion of the practical results of visual recognition.
