Starting from the archaeological remains in northern Shandong from the late Shang to the Western Zhou period, this article divides the tombs and residence materials into five phases and ten sections through a typological analysis of pottery wares,Gui,beans, basins, and helmet-shaped vessels.Corresponding to Yin Ruin Phase Ⅰ,Yin Ruin PhaseⅡ,Yin Ruin Phase Ⅲ,Yin Ruin Phase IV,Early Western Zhou Dynasty,Early Western Zhou Dynasty,Early Western Zhou Dynasty,Middle Western Zhou Dynasty,Late Western Zhou Dynasty,Late Western Zhou Dynasty,Late Western Zhou Dynasty,Late Western Zhou Dynasty,Late Spring and Autumn In 1970,the chronological framework of the region from the late Shang Dynasty to the Western Zhou Dynasty was initially established. On this basis, this article analyzes the cultural factors and temporal and spatial distribution of residential sites and tomb materials, and divides the cultural changes in northern Shandong during this period into expansion and retreat, confrontation and acceptance, turbulence and reorganization, transformation and rise, and alienation.Five stages of change and expansion, and from the perspective of archaeological culture,it is believed that Qi culture should be formally formed in the area west of the Weihe River in the late Western Zhou Dynasty. The shapes of utensils, such as glenoids, bulging glenoids and flat-bottomed pans, constitute the basic characteristics of Qi culture at this time. Finally, this article systematically sorts out the historical process of the central dynasty’ s administration of the Lubei area based on the research results of the cultural changes in the northern area of Shandong and combined with literature materials. We believe that resource development and conflicts between Shang and Yi were the main lines of the historical process of the late Shang period, while the Western Zhou period turned into contradictions and coordination between the Zhou dynasty and the Shang Yi people, and between the central and local governments.Through the comparison of the Shang and Zhou economic models,we believe that the conservative and inclusive cultural strategy, the resource or order-oriented geographical establishment, the deterrence and deterrence against the barbarians, the overall advancement of combat methods or the dotted "flower arrangement" are the Shang and Zhou dynasties. The similarities and differences of the dynasties in the northern Lube region, and we believe that the different cultural strategies adopted by the rulers of different periods are the important motives for the historical process of the region, and the main reason for the differences in economics is the development of resources and the Zhou dynasty of the Shang dynasty. The different needs of the dynasty Yiping royal family are closely related.
