Illegal entry issue was always the critical point in the representation between the Qing Dynasty and Korea.In Kangxi Period,as the relationship with the Korea became stable,illegal entry’s representation changed regularly.This paper separated the representation into 3 stages,which are the first year to Kangxi 24 s,24s to 43 s as well as 43 s to 61 s.Based on the crossing border events of the Korea’s border people,the author analysed illegal entry representation model changes’ characteristics,trends and further impacts on the two countries’ relationship.Except for the introduction,this paper has 5 chapters:The introduction is mainly about topic election’s meaning.According to the relative research achievements,the author summarized the disadvantages in this issue’s research to clarify this thesis’ s researching logics,creative points and difficult points.Chapter 1 is about the illegal entry’s representation before the Kangxi Period.After the foundation of Qing Dynasty,illegal entry appeared frequently.Due to the bad natural environment and the border’s poor defending situation,the Korea’s borders crossed the border for economical interest.The previous representation has a principle connection with that in Kangxi’s Period,and founded a model for his early stage’s representation.In Chapter 2,the first year to Kangxi 24s’ s illegal entry’s representation.Kangxi inherited the position and developed his country in this stage,when was hostility to the Korea.He inherited the model in Shunzhi period and implemented Seoul Trail System.He dispatched ministers to trial those cases with the Emperor of the Korea.Meanwhile,he improved the relationship with the Korea positively by lightening the punishment upon prisoners and local officials.But the trial right,as well as the final decision right belonged to him.It is the inherent stage of Kangxi’s illegal entry representation.In Chapter 3,Kangxi 24 s to 43 s is the transition time of illegal entry’s representation.For the Sandaogou Case in Kangxi 24,Qing Dynasty was tolerant after a strict trial of cross border prisoners.Anyone related to them were severely trailed.It was also the first time to forfeit the Korea’s Emperor.However,they reduced the guilty and punishment at the end of conviction.This mollification policy remained sometime after this case.The Qing Dynasty began to trial illegal entry’s cases tolerantly,decrease the dispatched ministers,and returned some trial rights to the Korea.Meanwhile,the Korea practiced strict ban on illegal entry positively and informed on time.The two countries’ relationship began to smooth.In Chapter 4,Kangxi 43 s to 61 s,illegal entry’s representation entered a creative stage and experienced a revolution.After the middle term’s insurgency,Qing had a stable relationship with the Korea.The trail right was returned.As the punishment relied on the Korea’s rules,the prisoners were largely exempted.After the middle term’s insurgency,Qing had a stable relationship with the Korea.The trail right was returned.As the punishment relied on the Korea’s rules,the prisoners were largely exempted.Crossing border cases were represented as an ordinary border affair between the two sides.In Kangxi 43 s,the Qing Dynasty set Fenghuangcheng Trial System,which used a new representation model and left a reference to later generations.Chapter 5 is the conclusion.Combined with the above chapters,the author has summarized the three stages’ illegal entry’s representations of Kangxi Period from explaining their changing trends as well as characters.The author also analysed their impacts on the Qing Dynasty as well as the two countries’ relationship development.
