Cheng Zhengkui’s Artistic Concept And Painting Style Based On "Qingxi Manuscripts"

Nowadays,there are plenty of research results on artists in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.There is no doubt that these outstanding artists are the leading role of the history of Ming and Qing Dynasty art paintings.They have promoted the development of Ming and Qing Dynasty painting history and become the guide vane of painting.However,for the artists who were excellent but not so famous in the same period,they did not receive enough attention.Due to the lack of people’s care,these artists have not been systematically studied and mentioned.If we want to have a complete understanding of the development of art and culture in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,we should not only understand these famous outstanding artists,but also consider the artists who played a role in promoting the development of painting at that time but did not receive attention.Based on the above reasons,the author has a strong interest in these equally excellent artists.This paper chooses Cheng zhengkui’s artistic concept and painting style to study.It mainly hopes that through the exploration of the general environment of Ming and Qing Dynasties and Cheng zhengkui’s own painting concept and style,what are his artistic concepts worthy of study,and what kind of thinking to create more than 500 works of art with the Title of "river and mountain sleeping Tour",his artistic concept will be further improved And painting style have those research value.Based on the research of Cheng zhengkui’s artistic concept and painting style in Qingxi manuscript,this report focus on research methods of literature collection and work style analysis to write a detailed analysis and demonstration of Cheng zhengkui’s artistic concept,influence and stage painting style.This paper is divided into four stages.First of all,it interprets Cheng zhengkui’s life background,life experience and artistic creation experience.Then,from the "Qingxi manuscript",Cheng zhengkui’s inheritance,ideological change and his different ideas of art are analyzed and demonstrated.Secondly,it interprets and analyzes Cheng zhengkui’s stage paintings from the composition,brushwork,Cun dye and other painting methods.Finally,it analyse the influence and status of Cheng zhengkui in the art painting world of late Ming and early Qing Dynasty,and expounds the importance of learning from nature in the study of landscape painting.It is concluded that Cheng zhengkui was shaped in that era,and his artistic concept and painting style shows the influence of the environment of that era on most literati painters.He didn’t run with the times and had a unique understanding of art.This spirit was progressive at that time and now.
