To Explore The Significance And Value Of Polyphony In The Creation Of Works

Polyphony began in the Middle Ages,after the continuous exploration and development of composers,in the Baroque period from Bach developed to the level of basic perfection.As one of the important methods of composition,the polyphony technique was controversial in the Classical and Romantic periods.Many scholars believed that the thematic music gradually became the symbol of the works of the composers in this period,and that the opening of the Classical period ended the development of polyphony music.So the author will research vision placed in the classical period,choose early classical composer Haydn as the research object,and choose the most famous a string quartet,Op.76,a total of six)as the analysis object,and tries to through the study of six classical period Haydn string quartets,found and summed up the polyphony in its work,The characteristics of the work and the effect brought by the work.This paper is divided into three chapters to analyze and study Haydn’s six string quartets(Op.76).The formation of the first chapter for the string quartet with Haydn six string quartet,the second chapter analyzes the six Haydn string quartets polyphonic writing characteristic,the third chapter is six Haydn string quartets function and influence of polyphony,the article conclusion is on six Haydn string quartets polyphonic writing the summary of the characteristics,and further illustrate the development of polyphony in the classical period,Therefore,the conclusion is drawn that whether the relationship between thematic music and polyphonic music is in opposition.At present,the analysis of Haydn’s Six String Quartet(Op.76)at home and abroad is less,and the study of polyphonic characteristics in this string quartet is even less.Therefore,this paper is of research significance.Therefore,the author will through the analysis,comparison and induction,summarizes six Haydn string quartets(Op.76)of the polyphonic features and music effect,capable of Haydn string quartets of polyphonic writing,classical period of the development of polyphony,have a more clear understanding and the understanding,at the same time also learn Haydn in the creation of the string quartet,how to use the polyphonic music development method,I will further develop my creative thinking of polyphony and composition,improve my creative level,and establish my own theoretical research on the practical application of polyphony,so as to provide theoretical support for my future application and teaching of polyphony.
