With the social and economic development and the rising level of cultural consumption of residents,China’s cultural and entertainment industry has entered a new period of rapid growth,and the changes in the development of film and television brokerage firms are worthy of attention.In the fiercely competitive film and television brokerage industry,only by enhancing competitiveness in a reasonable and effective way can they occupy better quality resources and broader development space in the futureThis research study starts from the current situation of the domestic film and television brokerage industry and studies the current level of competitiveness of Chinese film and television brokerage firms through a combination of data analysis and textual analysis,solving the core problem of how to construct a competitiveness evaluation system through index data and conduct a comprehensive competitiveness evaluation of the target sample,trying to provide basic ideas and methods for the study of the competitiveness of film and television brokerage firms.Firstly,the business scope,functional characteristics and market environment of film and television brokerage firms are clarified,the current development status of film and television brokerage firms is sorted out,and a comprehensive grasp of the overall industry is obtained.Then the value chain theory is used as a basis to construct the value chain system of film and television brokerage firms,and then the relevant influencing factors of the competitiveness level of film and television brokerage firms are analyzed and divided into four levels:resources,marketing,management and value.On this basis,a static and dynamic two-way evaluation of the competitiveness of some representative film and TV brokerage firms is carried out.7 listed companies in China are selected as the research samples,and the data is quantified and analyzed by constructing a competitiveness evaluation index system,so as to determine the static competitiveness of listed film and TV brokerage firms,and the dynamic competitiveness of strategic advantages through development trends.Finally,a comprehensive theoretical review and discussion of the reality of film and television brokerage firms is conducted to analyze their problems in terms of resource maintenance,professional management,market operation,value guidance,and to propose targeted development strategies,with the aim of promoting the professionalization and regularization of the industry as a whole,enhancing the vitality of the film and television brokerage market,and facilitating the healthy development of the cultural brokerage industry and the film and television industry.
