Research On The Construction Of The Protection And Inheritance System Of The Yellow River Culture In Dongying Basin

China’s economy and society have been developing and making progress,and the quality of people’s lives has also been improving.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,my country’s poverty alleviation work has achieved world-renowned results.my country’s 832 national-level poverty-stricken counties have all been lifted out of poverty and 55.75 million rural poor people have achieved success.Get out of poverty.Our next goal is to ensure that the fight against poverty is won on schedule,to ensure that a moderately prosperous society is fully built on schedule,to achieve the first centenary goal,and to lay a solid foundation for starting the road to building a modernized country.A very important point in this process is to adhere to the "four self-confidences".Among the"four self-confidences","cultural self-confidence"occupies a very important position and is the anchor of the first three self-confidence point.The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation,the world-famous giant river for thousands of miles.For thousands of years,this great river has created a vibrant river ecosystem,nurtured the growth of the Chinese nation,and gave birth to the star-like Yellow River civilization.And culture.The Yellow River culture has a long history like Chinese civilization and is an indispensable part of Chinese culture.Through a variety of methods such as semi-structured interview method and field research method,it is found that the main problems existing in the construction of the Yellow River cultural protection and inheritance system in the Dongying Basin are as follows:First,the lack of effective cooperation mechanism;Second,the sense of public participation is low;Third,the Yellow River culture and tourism resources are not utilized to a high degree.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are as follows:First,the outdated concept of Yellow River cultural protection;Second,the lack of professional personnel;Third,institutional development lags behind.Based on the analysis of the above problems and their causes,this paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of the Yellow River cultural protection and inheritance system in Dongying Basin from the following five perspectives.First,strengthen the legal system construction,including promoting the Yellow River legislation and improving the system and mechanism construction;Second,increase investment,including increase project investment and construction of water conservancy scenic area;Third,strengthen the construction of talent team,including giving full play to the role of key minority,training excellent professional talent team and establishing incentive mechanism;Fourth,the construction of digital protection system;Fifth,strengthen publicity,including building the Yellow River culture brand in the Dongying Basin,promoting diversified communication methods and strengthening the innovative transformation of Yellow River culture.
