Language learning does not only rely on rote memorization of vocabulary’s sound,form,meaning and grammatical combination.The accurate,fluent,and authentic expression of native speakers depends more on the extraction and extraction of chunks larger than words.Utilization,then,is the improvement of second language learners’writing proficiency also related to their language block ability?This research focuses on the use of chunks in written language expression by Korean Chinese learners.To examine whether there is a correlation between the writing level of learners and the use of chunks,the comparative analysis of the use of chunks by learners of different composition levels,and the comparison with the chunk output of native speakers to explore how to use purposeful Language block teaching effectively improves the writing level of second-language speakers.This research selected 80 composition corpora from Korean Chinese learners with different composition scores titled "I Watch Popular Songs" from the HSK dynamic composition corpus.Correspondingly,20 native speakers were invited to write on the same topic.,Entered into the self-built corpus.The two involve written language with a total of about 40,000 characters,and the language chunks are extracted by two steps of software segmentation and manual intervention.Synthesizing multiple linguistic perspectives to define Chinese chunks and their classification,using word segmentation tools to extract meaningful chunks,the author judges,extracts and classifies chunks with the help of several native Chinese speakers to ensure the results obtained in this research The language block conforms to the scientific nature.After analyzing the collected chunks,this study found that the number of chunks used does affect the quality of written language output within a certain range,especially the framework chunks,idiomatic chunks and collocation chunks;chunks must be certain To a certain extent,it promotes the authenticity of language expression.Compared with the characteristics of the use of chunks by native speakers,high-level Chinese learners still have excessive use of a chunk,and the richness of chunks is not enough to reach the level of native output by native speakers.In summary,chunks help learners to acquire,and can significantly improve the quality of output.The acquisition of chunks depends on sensitivity and experience.Therefore,this research believes that it can help learners acquire language chunks from the following five aspects:1.Teachers’ teaching combined with topics to cultivate language chunk ability.2.Consciously guide the language block teaching in each link of learner acquisition.3.Strengthen the teaching of weak types of chunks,especially increase the richness of chunks.
