| At the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic swept the world,and the state put forward a decision to postpone the start of school in the spring of 2020 to prevent the spread of the epidemic.At the same time,in order to ensure the normal operation of teaching order,the Ministry of Education proposed to "stop teaching without stopping classes and without stopping classes".Therefore,online teaching has been carried out in universities,primary and secondary schools across the country on an unprecedented scale and scope,and online teaching has immediately become the focus of academic discussion.The research shows that the change of teaching form from offline to online will also change teachers’ teaching methods and strategies.Then,it remains to be proved whether this change of teachers will have an impact on their teaching effect and their own job burnout.Therefore,this paper will take the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language as the research object,investigate the job burnout in their online teaching form,find out the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching according to the reasons of burnout,and put forward the corresponding solutions according to the corresponding characteristics.The first part expounds the background of this topic,the research significance,research ideas and research methods of this paper,and roughly expounds the research background of the relevant contents involved in the paper through the method of literature reading.for example,the definition of the concept of job burnout,the research background of teachers’ job burnout,the research background of job burnout of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and the research background related to online teaching.Through the summary of previous studies to provide the corresponding theoretical support and research direction for the writing of this paper.The second part is to investigate the job burnout of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in the form of online teaching.The results show that the average score of job burnout of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in online teaching is 2.6,and the situation of job burnout is more serious.The third part is to analyze the influencing factors of online teaching on the job burnout of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language,from the aspects of teachers and students,to find out the factors that affect the job burnout of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.The fourth part puts forward some corresponding solutions to the factors that affect the job burnout of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in terms of online teaching.The last part of the conclusion is to summarize the general content of this article,and put forward the innovation and shortcomings of this paper,as well as point out some future research directions. |
