Elfriede Jelinek, the 2004 nobel prize winner, was the 10 th woman to win the prize since the nobel prize was awarded in 1901 and the first Austria woman to write in german.Jelinek is a determined left-wing writer, but for her the battle for gender is more brutal than the class war being fought."Krankheit oder Moderne Frauen" is a dramatic work written by Jelinek in 1987.The show explores a new way of expressing women’s desires through the story of female alienation as a vampire, and Camilla and Emily are more subversive than the women in the author’s previous text. They cross the heterosexual gender limit, beyond the solidified image of women,in the female utopian world in the form of ghosts,to obtain a fresh life never before, issued a female resistance to the oppression of the opposite sex a cry.As a woman’s liberation in the extreme sense,Jelinek shows the existence of women through the objective "gender" image, the intuitive "body" organ, the simple "body" perception." Gender " and " body " link " self " and the outside world. At the same time, the change and flow of the two concepts lead to the development of the plot, and also affect the understanding and thinking of the woman about its own " sense of existence ".Therefore, from the perspective of the body, the analysis of "Krankheit oder Moderne Frauen" helps to dig out the symbolic and ideographic functions that Jelinek gives to the body.At the same time, combining theories of feminism, gender theory and body, and using the principle of combining textual reading and theoretical analysis,is particularly important for understanding the tragedy of women’s survival and Jelinek ’s female consciousness. The introduction mainly introduces the characteristics of Jelinek’s person and creation, and summarizes the research status of Jelinek at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and contents of this topic. The text first analyzes the relationship between the body and society, focusing on the body under the concept of consumer society and gender, and the description of occupational restrictions and media violence in Jelinek’s works.Secondly,it analyzes the relationship between body and power in Jelinek’s works.First, the relevant theories of Nietzsche and Foucault were used to analyze the relationship between body and power.Secondly, combining "morbidity, also known as modern women",from the perspective of "male gaze",this paper discusses the physical violence suffered by women in real life.Based on the two power domains of family and obstetrics and gynecology described in the script, analyze the cruel facts that the female body is oppressed by maternal myths, domestic chores, obstetric violence and medical authority. Finally,by analyzing the body and soul described by Jelinek,it is pointed out that the history of physical conquest also means the history of physical resistance. It is pointed out that the female body was taciturn when the female consciousness was not budding, but the female body after being awake was full of vitality.Jelinek is neither an idealist nor a pessimist. She dares to question and subvert the existing order, and is willing to provide women with a new experience and a beautiful utopian world, providing a possibility for women to break through their gender-restricted predicament. At the same time, she made an objective description of the obstacles in reality, reflecting her care and exploration of women and female bodies.Jelinek’s body writing is a reflection and challenge to male oppression and power oppression.
