Su Shi’s poetry, with its abundant quantity, diverse subject types, extensive content, profound thought and distinct artistic achievements, has left a strong and praiseworthy mark in the history of Song poetry. He once told himself that he had made great achievements in his life.He thought that his achievements were in Huangzhou,Huizhou and Danzhou.Being relegated to Huangzhou was the first time for Su Shi to be demoted. He suffered violent violence and almost died. His mood fluctuated much more than that of Huizhou and Danzhou.Although the poems in this period were not large in volume, they were rich in emotional connotation, varied in theme, and had many new changes in style, which made Su’s poems present different characteristics from those in the past. Therefore, the study of Su Shi’s Huangzhou poetry is an important part of perfecting the study of Su Shi’s poetry. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the research of Su Shi’s Huangzhou poetry creation and ideological evolution in this period. This paper first defines the scope of Su Shi’s Huangzhou poems, counts their quantity and clarifies their specific creation time.On this basis, this paper studies the differences between Su Shi’s Huangzhou poems and his early poems,as well as the overall characteristics of his poems in this period, that is,the number of poems decreased, the scope narrowed and the writing attitude tended to be conservative.By analyzing the reasons for this phenomenon,we can find that after the Wutai poetry case,Su Shi’s ideas, spiritual characteristics and attitude towards life have changed.he converged to the edge of "being diligent and ambitious",and then shaped his unique mindedness of the integration of three religions and great soul of self adaptation. The second chapter is the research on the theme types of Su Shi’s Huangzhou poems.Because of the slander of direct remonstrance,Su Shi did not dare to talk about current affairs any more,so the content of Huangzhou’s poems showed a distinctive feature of expressing personal feelings of life.In addition, the prison of the censorate made him and Su Zhe close to each other. Therefore, there were more and more works about how to encourage each other with Ziyou. His concern for the country and his love for the people are not weakened by being demoted. The strong sense of responsibility of the scholar bureaucrats can be seen in the poems.Dongpo was deeply favored by the king.Although he was abandoned,he still felt proud for not repaying his family and country to fulfill his duties as a minister. These contents constitute the rich and far-reaching theme connotation of his poems and greatly enrich Dongpo’s life experience. The third chapter is the research on the artistic characteristics of Su Shi’s Huangzhou poems. In addition to Five Characters,Seven Characters, ancient style and Yue Fu Poems, there are also Six Characters and Four Characters poems in Huangzhou poems. These poems reflect Dongpo’s artistic pursuit of "advocating realism and novelty","valuing nature and anti carving" and "seeking originality and setting up models",and show his artistic style of being clear, simple, natural and gloomy. In terms of artistic skills,Su Shi’s Huangzhou poems are novel in style, rigorous in structure, and pay attention to the extensive and precise use of allusions. In the aspect of language use,Dongpo is good at using metaphors to achieve the aesthetic feeling of distance and avoid being straightforward and monotonous. He often uses argumentative reasoning in poetry, which is meaningful and tactful. In terms of the refinement of words and sentences,Dongpo was skilled in refining words and liked to use reduplicated words, which made the poetry present the effect of "the extreme of research and refinement, but people didn’t feel it".The fourth chapter studies the influence of Su Shi’s Huangzhou poems on his Ling Hai poems. As relegated works,Ling Hai’s poems can be regarded as the continuation of Huangzhou’s poetic creation concept, style and purport in many aspects. In terms of creation concept,Su Shi rose and fell under the pressure of party struggle until he was old and abandoned. In this process,he realized the inevitability of the creation phenomenon of "poets are poor" and began to emphasize the creation rules of "conforming to etiquette".In poetry creation,in Huangzhou period,Su Shi praised Tao Yuanming’s poems and admired his noble feelings of seclusion. When he arrived at Ling Hai,he learned from Tao Yuanming and imitated all the poems of Tao Yuanming. He fully realized that it was the ideal life sentiment to have a certain degree of advance and retreat, and to relax and accept. The style of poetry also continues the plain and simple features of Huangzhou’s poetry, and finally reaches the wonderful state of "gorgeous extreme, return to plain".It is worth noting that,in addition to the plain,Ling Hai’s poems also present a magnificent, profound and ethereal, and even a new style, conveying the poet’s consistent high spirited spirit and accessible philosophy of life.
