In April 1938,in order to train the literary talents and literary cadres desperately needed during the Anti-Japanese War,Lu Xun Academy of Art founded by the leader.As the first revolutionary art college in Yan ’an,it has made outstanding contributions to the cause of literature and art in Yan ’an and even in the whole base area.However,the development of Lu Xun Academy of Art was not smooth.Since 1940,it has put the improvement of artistic level in the first place,and there are problems of dogmatism and empiricism in the style of study.In the party style,there are problems of disunity and detachment from the masses with "cultural resistance";In the style of writing,there are some problems in the speech works,such as "no aim,no object" and "nothing but empty talk".These problems directly lead to the fact that the teaching activities and literary creation of Lu Xun Academy of Art are divorced from the actual struggle of the Anti-Japanese War and the real life of the people,which deviates from the original intention of the communist party of China to establish this revolutionary cradle of literature and art.Obviously,if you can’t wipe out nosocomial subjectivism,sectarianism and "stereotyped party writing " bad influence,Lu Xun Academy of Art literary and art workers is difficult to change ideas,positions and emotions,to create the outstanding works of the masses of workers,peasants and soldiers in the service of,can’t play the promoting role of revolutionary literature and art to the revolutionary cause,according to these unhealthy practices to carry out the rectification is imminent.On April 3,1942,Lu Xun Academy of Art,under the call of the CPC central committee,began to rectify the style of study,writing and party conduct.Among them,the preparation and mobilization work were focused on in late May of April 3,from early June to early August,we focused on the rectification of the style of study,from mid-august to late November,and in December,we focused on the rectification of the style of writing.In this process,Lu Xun Academy of Art follows the general train of thought of the party rectification,that is,from "to strengthen the study of the theory of Marxism-leninism,the contact history and reality,against subjectivism and sectarianism",and in view of the specific problems of the college,emphasis on theoretical knowledge learning,extensive criticism and self-criticism,further summarizing the practical experience of their own,make rectification movement increasingly in-depth.It paves the way for Lu Xun Academy of Art to return to the right track of the development of revolutionary literature and art and shoulder the revolutionary mission bravely.As a typical case of literature and art rectification in the Yan’an rectification movement,Lu Xun Academy of Art ’s rectification movement has made remarkable achievements under the leadership of the communist party of China and MAO zedong’s thought on literature and art,which is a milestone event in the history of Chinese communist party’s literature and art.After the rectification,Lu Xun Academy of Art clarified the status and tasks of literature and art work,established the correct direction of literature and art serving workers,peasants and soldiers,and promoted the complete transformation of literature and art workers from petty bourgeois intellectuals to proletarian literary and artistic soldiers.A large number of outstanding works,which originated from real life,met the needs of the masses and were highly unified in revolutionary and artistic aspects,have been created,giving full play to the powerful power of revolutionary literature and art to unite and mobilize the people to fight and destroy the enemy.At present,the experience of the rectification movement of Lu Xun Academy of Art still has positive enlightenment value and reference significance for the prosperity and development of the socialist literary and art undertakings with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
