In an era of increasing diversity in information communication technology,it is clear that display design and demand are changing.As an important medium for promoting cultural exchange and conveying information,the content features involved are constantly increasing.Throughout the exhibition industry’s rapid development of more than a decade,experts and scholars put forward the change of people’s way of thinking,so that the display design is no longer limited to the display way,the degree of reduction of the scene,the pursuit of display technology,it began to emphasize the interactive,people-oriented,virtualization,multimedia,networking and so on.Today,the exhibition space is not only used as a display container,its advanced design concept,meaningful spatial form and spatial narrative structure has become an important part of the overall exhibition design of the pavilion.The exhibition space becomes an effective place for visitors to enter the display system and experience the whole process of display ingress to create a full-range sensory atmosphere,and to assist each exhibition experience.With the gradual improvement of the integration of exhibition space and display content,the immersive visiting experience will become the mainstream,which requires us to respond to the mainstream call at the same time,standing in the perspective of visitors to think about what methods can help and even achieve the audience can fully feel the theme atmosphere of the exhibition,and pleasantly and accurately receive the exhibition information.This paper is to use this as an entry point,on the basis of previous research,from the semiotictheory to analyze the method of emotional materialization,from cognitive psychology to explore the mechanism and principle of human cognition of information,from the perspective of narratology to study the structure of spatial narrative.Aiming to study the display space from these three aspects,and to explore feasible methods with practical display design project practice,try to explore how to construct a design method that resonates deeply with the audience according to the communication needs of different topics,analyzes the structure of human cognition and spatial content and the orderly organization of material,The emotional expression of non-material carrier,etc.The design of the display space can more accurately reflect the transformation of emotion and material and effectively present the theme emotional tone,etc.,in order to create a unique and infectious space experience to meet the new demands of display design in today’s era.
