In recent years,the intangible cultural heritage projects gradually come into the public view and our lives,as a kind of cultural reproduction activity,it ‘s closely related to social development.So many intangible cultural heritage projects have profound culture,and under the impregnation of regional culture,with different groups such as government,public practice,the intangible cultural heritage projects gradually formed its own cultural characteristics and reaction in the local culture and economic development at the same time,the folk culture plays an important role in it.The techniques of making donkey-hide gelatin was included in the national list of intangible cultural heritage in 2008,promote the development of the local culture,dong ’e as "the hometown of donkey-hide gelatin” provides a geographical space and social space for donkey-hide gelatin industry and gelatin culture development.The government,enterprises and individuals as a subject in which use different actions of different development strategies,people’s life has been changed accordingly.Give priority to with the fieldwork,this paper uses the method of observation and interview method,literature material as the auxiliary pole.The author selected dong ’e county of shandong province as the main investigation site,using the perspective of folklore,using folk stories as a witness to the historical facts,analysed dong ’e gelatin culture development and evolution of the social space;Folk elements in mining gelatin culture and social reality on the basis of coordinate which reflects the characteristics and the regional culture characteristic;From the perspectives of cultural development in the development of the government,enterprises and individuals’ capital formation and relative strategies in gelatin culture,and made future development prospects from the perspective of the intangible cultural heritage protection.This paper consists of introduction,composition and epilogue three parts,including four chapters in the body part.The first chapter for the development of the gelatin rheological in thousands years,made analysis of geographical spatial for donkey-hide gelatin
