An Analysis Of The Main Aria And Image Building Of Osmanthus In The Opera August Osmanthus Blooming Everywhere

The national opera "August osmanthus blooming everywhere" is another successful opera work with red revolution theme after Hubei song and dance theater created "Honghu Red Guard".Its music has distinctive folk music elements of Hubei Province.This paper mainly focuses on the Aria "wild geese singing in the middle of the cold" and the duet "singing between mountains and rivers in August" to explore the singing and character image of the heroine "osmanthus".Starting from the structure of the aria and the singing process,this paper analyzes the music style and singing skills of the song;through the analysis of the opera role conception and music image,grasps the image building of "osmanthus",and then combines the stage body performance practice of the two aria,in order to achieve the combination of "singing" and "performing".
