| As an important sign of the development of science and technology since the first half and the middle of the 20 th century,large scientific devices have become the mainstream trend of the development of modern science and technology.In addition to the advantages of improving international competitiveness,promoting social and economic development,and improving people’s living standards,China’s large-scale scientific devices have made outstanding contributions to the exploration of the mysteries of the universe and the true equality of life,but their disadvantages cannot be ignored,such as environmental pollution,ecosystem damage to a certain extent and so on.The great scientific devices not only benefit human beings,but also make human beings face great risks and challenges.Human beings begin to use ethics to evaluate and judge the great scientific devices,which requires the use of ethical principles matching with it to resolve the conflicts in practice.Science and technology ethics is an ethical examination of the problems in science and technology activities,which needs to regulate people’s behaviors.When people have conflicts of interests with people or things involved in their own behaviors,they need to use moral norms or even legal norms to restrain their behaviors,so as to avoid the destruction of reality caused by human beings’ blind development,and to make the design and implementation of large scientific devices really benefit mankind.Taking the important philosophical research field of science and technology ethics as the research perspective,this article first discusses the basic connotation and characteristics of large scientific devices,combines the basic national conditions of China at present,and proposes the basic ethical principles that should be followed for the design and implementation of large scientific devices.Furthermore,it discusses the ethical risks in the design and implementation of large scientific devices.Finally,it is innovative to provide coping strategies for ethical risks in the design and implementation of large scientific devices. |
