It’s a critical period for the physical and mental shaping of junior high school students,during which,who may face many physical and mental issues.Relevant studies have shown that loneliness is one of the typical emotional issues of junior high school students,and it is also a concrete manifestation of psychological issues.Among them,parental conflict perception and resilience can affect loneliness.Therefore,the author aims to explore the relationship between parental conflict perception,resilience and loneliness of junior high school students,and hopes that group psychological counseling can help them reduce loneliness by improving the resilience of junior high school students.The research is divided into two parts.The first part is based on the "Parental Conflict Perception Scale","Adolescent Resilience Scale" and "UCLA Loneliness Scale".A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,000 junior high school students in school,and the collected data was entered into SPSS software to Conduct descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and mediation effect test.In the second part,the author takes a middle school in Jinzhou as an example,selects 20 subjects with low resilience according to the data results,and randomly divides them into an experimental group and a control group,each with 10 people,using the existing literature to design a set of group counseling programs to increase the level of resilience.The experimental group was intervened seven times,and the control group did not receive any intervention during this period.Then,the two groups of subjects were tested for the difference between before and after testing to verify whether the program can effectively improve the level of junior high school students’ resilience and thereby reduce their loneliness.This study draws the following conclusions:1.The junior high school students have a high level of parental conflict perception.2.The junior high school students have a high level of resilience.3.The Junior high school students have a strong sense of loneliness4.There is a significant negative correlation between parental conflict perception and resilience of junior high school students,and a significant positive correlation with loneliness;a significant negative correlation of resilience and loneliness.5.Resilience plays a mediating role between loneliness and parental conflict perception.6.Group psychological counseling programs can effectively improve the resilience of junior high school students and relieve their loneliness.Based on the conclusions of this study,the author makes the following suggestions: For schools,first,they shall strengthen their faculties,set up related mental health courses,and conduct targeted group psychological counseling,and then schools shall carry out practical activities and provide frustration education for students.For families,first,the couples shall keep a loving relationship.Second,they shall establish a fond parent-child relationship,and finally,they have much to do with a warm and loving family.
