Identity Of The First Generation Of Industrial Immigrants In The Unit System

Forty years of China’s reform and opening up have achieved great results.With the development of the times and the deepening of reform,there are many new problems that can not be ignored.At the same time,we should also set our sights on every ordinary person.Their life history is also the micro mirror image of this history,which needs more in-depth research.Based on this consideration,this paper focuses on the Carboniferous Well Mining Bureau,which has far-reaching influence in the history of the hometown.It is according to trace the life history of the first generation of industrial immigrants who assisted in the construction of Ningxia,to wake their collective memory.And analyze their changing identity in the process of decades,then think deeply about the evolution and development of the unit system.Around this theme,this paper attempts to explore three issues.First,in the evolution of individual and family life history,what kind of memory did the first generation of industrial immigrants in Carboniferous have for the formation and change of unit system,and what kind of process in cultural adaptation did they have for different local culture? Secondly,in the process of the evolution of the unit system,what changes have taken place in their individual and self-identity with the development of unit system? Third,with the dissolution of the unit system community,how does the social relationship change of these former "unit people" from all over the world? With the same situation,will the city community can provide the new communal life style?Through the investigation of the research objects,in this paper it finds that in different historical periods with the development of new China,the "unit people" of the Carboniferous Well Mining Bureau have different memories and identity: at the beginning of 1958,the entrepreneurial era,more of their memories are the hard conditions for building a mine and the pride of dedicating youth to national construction;In a special period of "Cultural Revolution",the individual experience is related to the scars of the times.Therefore,memories described the reflections on the times and accompanied by pain.But they also have high self-identity of “working class” in revolution;After the reform and opening up,the Carboniferous Mining Bureau was once in the most glorious historical period,and the unit system also formed a comprehensive "welfare fort".The single people’s sense of identity for the "working class" and the "Carboniferous people" is also the highest.With the change ofeconomic system,the reform of Carboniferous Mine Bureau,the change of unit system shows a tendency from "community" to "atomization",and the identity of "unit person" is also gradually changing to "social people".The drastic change of unit system also affects their life and identity.After experiencing the confusion of the collective,they hope to re-establish their new identity.In summary,"unit people" gradually step out of the unit and move towards differentiation.The trend of atomization is increasing,and then the city community attempt to re-build the “community”,but it has the problem of low participation.Thus the community development is at a low level.We need summarize beneficial functions of unit system,and create a new community.
