Research On The Symbiosis Mechanism Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Tourism Stakeholders In Xishuangbanna’s Mengjinglai

Since the rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the People’s Republic of China,rural tourism based on ethnic culture and rural natural landscapes has been gradually developed and managed.Non-legacy tourism as an important form of traditional village development in rural tourism has been concerned by scholars and all walks of life,It has played an important role in promoting employment,improving local economy,and protecting traditional local intangible cultural heritage.With the in-depth study of intangible cultural heritage tourism by domestic and foreign scholars,some problems have been exposed in the process of the realization of intangible cultural heritage tourism.Among them,the improvement of the symbiotic relationship of stakeholders in non-legacy tourism activities is an urgent reality,One of the problems is that it provides the necessity for the research of non-legacy tourism stakeholders.MengJinglai is a demonstration village for non-legacy tourism of Dai people.The intangible cultural heritage of Dai people is relatively complete.The development of non-legacy tourism in Mengjinglai has driven the development of the local economy,but due to the complexity of non-legacy tourism activities,it has also brought about excessive development of local administration,environmental protection,economic benefit distribution,and non-legacy of the Dai people series of questions.The operation and management of Mengjinglai’s non-legacy tourism is relatively complex,involving tourism operators,local government units,Mengjinglai’s non-genetic inheritors and tourists,how to reduce the conflicts between different stakeholders Conflict,how to improve the symbiotic relationship between the various interest subjects,these are the important problems faced by the development of non-legacy tourism in MengJinglai.This article first takes non-heritage tourism from Mengjinglai as the research object,uses stakeholder theory and symbiosis theory as tools,and conducts field surveys in Mengjinglai to form an overview of non-legacy tourism in Mengjinglai and the definition of non-legacy tourism stakeholders And the study of its symbiotic relationship.Secondly,through interviews,questionnaire surveys,participation observation and other research methods,analyze the interests of Mengjinglai non-heritage tourism stakeholders,and then collate and analyze the symbiotic relationships and contradictions among different stakeholders,and elaborate on the status of the niche of different stakeholders.On this basis,the symbiosis theory of Mengjinglai’s non-legacy tourism is derived from the symbiosis theory as asymmetrical reciprocal symbiosis,and its organizational model is intermittent symbiosis.According to the optimization model of the symbiosis theory,the optimization of symmetrical reciprocal integration symbiosis is proposed direction.Finally,through the improvement of the rights and responsibilities of different stakeholders in non-legacy tourism,the development of a reasonable interest distribution mechanism,balanced interest compensation mechanism,open interest expression mechanism and perfect interest guarantee mechanism to improve the symbiosis of non-legacy tourism stakeholders Relationship to promote the development of a symbiotic relationship with a more stable symbiotic and mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship,providing some consideration for the development of non-legacy tourism.
