A Study On The Training Norm Of Applied Psychology Talent In National Universities

Talent training is the fundamental task of the university,and high-quality talent training is the pursuit of the university.And the university course largely determines the quality of talent training.Based on the framework of differential and integral theory of university courses,this study attempts to build different types of high-quality talent training models,with a view to providing a normative reference for college talent training.By using the methods of literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and scientific measurement,and based on previous research results,based on scientific measurement theory,hierarchical classification theory of courses,multicultural education theory,etc.,based on 3The applied psychology major courses of the colleges and universities are used as samples to try to construct theories and methods of curriculum differentiation and integration,as well as the norms of talent cultivation;and through a comparative analysis of talent cultivation in the three universities,explore how ethnic colleges and universities cultivate ethnic characteristics Talent in applied psychology.The three ethnic colleges or ethnic colleges selected in this study are: Guangxi Ethnic University,Yunnan Ethnic University,and Yulin Teachers College.Investigations were conducted with their specialty in applied psychology.First,it analyzes the similarities and differences in the training programs of applied psychology majors in the three universities of Guangxi Minzu University,Yunnan Minzu University,and Yulin Teachers College.Through comparative analysis,it studies the basic elements and basic framework for the construction of talent training norms.The second is to quantitatively analyze the courses of applied psychology in the three colleges and universities to find out the norms for the training of talents in applied psychology,and to form the norms for the training of talents in applied psychology.Finally,based on the "norm",this paper discusses the problems in the cultivation of applied psychology talents in G nationalities university,and puts forward the optimization strategies.
