Preliminary Research On Leisure Philosophy In The Perspective Ideology Of Mentalism

Since mankind entered the civilized society,"leisure" has been the topic that people have been discussing.In the aspect of life,people gradually awakened in the process of life being alienated,and began to show their demand for leisure;in the academic aspect,with the in-depth study of leisure philosophy year by year,the results are constantly emerging.However,in reality,there is a dilemma that people do not know leisure and lack of practice to leisure theory.However,the essence of leisure is to "cultivate one’s mind and restore one’s desire".People do not know the source of leisure because of the traction of mind and material desire.On the contrary,the thought of Neo-Confucianism includes not only the theoretical exposition of leisure thought,but also the specific ways to realize leisure.Therefore,this paper studies the leisure philosophy in the perspective of Neo-Confucianism.Firstly,it introduces the ontology of Neo-Confucianism leisure philosophy based on "natural conscience".It regards the absolute free state of natural reason which is quiet and sensible and the spiritual popularity of all living things as the basic basis of leisure,and then derives the mind,nature and emotion from it.Then it elaborates the mind-nature thought,clarifies the leisure moral basis and proceeds with it.This paper clarifies the internal rationale and further elaborates the practical path of leisure,focusing on the initial manual meditation,respectful and benevolent through the motions,idle evil and sincerity,to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice.Through the practice of specific leisure path to achieve the sage demeanour realm,to interpret the "real leisure" realm.This paper proves the effect of Neo-Confucianism leisure philosophy on today’s life,and explains its significance to individuals,society and the country.Therefore,it is concluded that Neo-Confucianism leisure philosophy is worthy of further exploration and should arouse our contemporary thinking,so as to provide a better reference for people’s work and life.
