A Study Of Rural Children’s Movie Narrative Strategy

As a part of the children movie,rural children movie is a treasure in China’s contemporary culture.Most of the rural children movies focus on the children’s life experience and growth experience,especially for those live in the rural area,but because of limitations and effect from the external environment,rural children movie’s creation is lack of new ideas.This genre of movie develops slowly and even gets into troubles.This article takes the narrative of rural children movie as the starting point and mainly studies the narrative perspective,narrative skills,narrative content and narrative characteristics of rural children movie,and it also explores the narrative strategies of rural children movie.The paper discusses from five aspects.The first chapter summarizes the development of rural children movie,then it defines the relevant definitions,and it analyzes the narrative theory in the end.The second chapter analyzes the narrative perspective of children movie and aims to provide a choice for the narrative perspective of children movie through three dimensions: children’s perspective,adult’s perspective and the relationship between these two.The third chapter studies the narrative skills of the children movie,mainly from the setting of suspense,the rhythm of narration and the display of details in children movie.The fourth chapter studies the narrative content of children movie in rural themes in China,it first analyzes the choice of the theme about the narrative content,and it concludes that the theme choice of rural children movie based on China’s epochal,innovation and story.From the two dimensions of characterization and storyline,it analyzes the elements worth exploring in the narrative content of rural children movie in China.The fifth chapter explores the unique narrative characteristics of rural children movie in China by reading a lot of literature and watching movies.It mainly analyzes the regional characteristics and unique cultural characteristics of rural areas and displays the rural customs,and it gives an applied analyzation about expressions and rural cultural characteristics in the film.
