Study On Expression Of Humanistic Care In Medical Documentary

Medical documentaries are documentaries mainly with doctors and patients as the subjects with showing patients’ visits to doctors for medical treatment as well as doctors’ help in diagnosis and treatment.Since its birth,its content can’t be separated from human performance,and it is also more inseparable from humanistic care,as humanistic care is essential and precious for medical documentaries.Therefore,humanistic care is one of the hearts and souls of medical documentaries,while medical documentaries show the performance of people in medical relationships by paying attention to the living conditions,life and health,life dignity and life value of doctors and patients with practicing the people-oriented creation concept.As a result,the production of medical documentaries reflects strong humanistic care,so if the humanistic care in medical documentaries is taken as the research subject,it is of great significance to both the theory as well as the practice of medical documentaries.This study mainly discusses five aspects.First,medical documentaries and humanistic care are reviewed,including the definition of the concepts of medical documentaries and humanistic care,the development and evolution of the concept of humanistic care in medical documentaries,and the content characteristics of medical documentaries.Second,the meaning of the humanistic care concept in the medical subject documentary is described and discussed from three aspects: care for patients and their families,respect and understanding of doctors,and active guidance to the public.Third,the narrative expression strategy of the humanistic care concept in the medical documentary is analyzed and summarized in detail from the three aspects of storytelling narrative method,diversified narrative perspective,and diversified narrative structure.Fourth,the audio-visual performance of the humanistic care concept in the medical documentary is discussed from five aspects,namely,the use of lens language,the addition of interviews,the use of music,the decoration of subtitles,and the use of commentary.Finally,a conclusion of this study is drawn,analyzing the results and shortcomings of the research and providing the summary and prospect.This will provide some reference experience for the creation of documentaries on this subject in the future,contributing to better promotion of the practice and development of the concept of humanistic care in medical documentaries.
