Protection And Utilization Of Liya Site And Regional Social Development

As one of the main types of China’s cultural heritage,heritage like cultural heritage is not only the key object of archaeological research,an important component of cultural undertakings,but also a valuable economic and cultural resources,which is of great significance to promote the development of cultural heritage tourism and other industries,as well as the overall development of regional economy and society.Compared with the heritage sites with large size,strong observability,developed economy and convenient transportation,the heritage sites with small size,poor observability and remote villages are not only numerous,but also involve more complex issues.For example,there are many contradictions between heritage site protection and development and construction,and the poverty of residents in the heritage protection area spans multiple lines Administrative region,multi department cross management,etc.In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the protection and utilization of cultural heritage sites and the coordinated development of regional social economy.However,most of the academic circles focus on the protection and utilization of large sites,while the research on cultural heritage sites with small size,poor observability and located in remote villages is relatively weak.Liya site is located in Liya village,Qingshui Town,Tianshui City,Gansu Province.The earliest group of Qin tombs have been found so far,which has important historical value.In 2013,it was rated as the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units.As a typical representative of cultural heritage sites with small size,poor observability and located in remote villages,Liya site also faces many contradictions between site protection and regional development.In view of this,based on the on-the-spot investigation of the protection and utilization of Liya site,the interview investigation of relevant government departments,and the questionnaire investigation of the residents in the reserve,this paper explores the coordinated development of the protection and utilization of Liya site and regional social economy as follows:First of all,through the field investigation of the distribution,preservation,management and activation of Liya site,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the protection,management and activation of Liya site.Secondly,through the on-the-spot investigation of the social and economic development of Liya site reserve,the interview survey of the relevant government departments,the questionnaire survey of the quality of life of the residents in the reserve,the willingness of the residents to protect and participate in the use of the site,the paper analyzes the social and economic development of the site reserve and the conflicts and demands of different interest groups in the site reserve.Furthermore,based on the symbiosis theory of biology,the specific strategies for the coordinated development of the protection and utilization of Liya site and regional social economy are put forward.Finally,the paper puts forward a regional development strategy of cross regional cooperation,that is,to set up a special zone for the protection of early Qin cultural sites.Liya site is a typical representative of the small size,poor observability,and numerous cultural heritage sites in remote villages.This paper points out that the protection and utilization of sites should be coordinated with the development of regional social economy,which is not only applicable to Liya site,but also applicable and referential to other similar sites.
