Research On The Value Of Shuidong Diary’s Literary Historical Materials

Ye Sheng’s Shuidong Diary is one of the important historical material notes in the early Ming Dynasty.Its material sources and its content are highly reliable,so the research value in literary and history needs to be explored.This paper mainly discusses the literary historical materials value in Shuidong Diary.In the introduction part,it first introduces the background and research object of the paper,summarizes the literary historical materials related to Shuidong Diary.In the second,it states the research status and significance of Shuidong Diary,and briefly explains the research ideas and innovations.The first chapter introduces the basic situation of Ye Sheng and Shuidong Diary.In the first section,it gives a brief introduction to Ye Sheng’s family life and his official experience.And then gives an overview of his works and a textual research on the publishing process of Shuidong Gao,Luzhutang Gao,Jingdong Xiao Gao.In the second section,it reviews the compilation and the origin of Shuidong Diary and distinguishes the author of the last two volumes.The second chapter discusses the literary historical materials value in Shuidong Diary.Firstly,taking the Quan Song Wen,Quan Song Shi,Quan Yuan Wen,Quan Yuan Shi,as examples,this paper explains the role of the literary historical materials of Shuidong diary in collecting missing articles and proofreading.Secondly,taking the study of works and poetry criticism as examples to reflect Ye Sheng’s aesthetic interest and analyze the change of literary style from 1403 A.D to 1464 A.D,it shows the historical value of Shuidong diary in literary research.The third chapter inspects and distinguishes some of the conclusions and problems that Ye Sheng put forward in Shuidong Diary.Firstly,according to the correct conclusion put forward by Ye Sheng,the relevant arguments and demonstration process are further deepened.Secondly,on the materials that Ye Sheng only raised questions but did not give a conclusion,this paper tried to give a possible conclusion through literature review and argumentation.Thirdly,For some erroneous records and discussions,this paper will be corrected on the basis of research.
