Research On The Effect Of Quick Step Athletic Combination Arrangement

The standard dance also known as the morden dance,originated from the European court dance,its technical variety is various,complex and changeable,the technical elements affect each other,the interaction,together formed the elegant and gorgeous standard dance.The standard dance includes waltz,tango,Viennese waltz,foxtrot and quick step.At present,Chinese college standard dancers have made significant progress in technical skills,movement quality and other aspects,and their performance has also made a breakthrough.However,the training of jig is still not as good as other kinds of dance,and there are some deficiencies in its competitive combination and arrangement which is a work in which the players show their ability,expressiveness and comprehensive quality in the process of competition.Based on this,this research how to combine its own technical level and its own characteristics to orchestrate the competitive combination,so as to achieve better results.Based on the jig competitive combination as the research object,this paper takes the arrangement effect of jig competitive combination as the research object,by the methods of literature review,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,video observation method,case analysis,teaching experiment method and logic analysis and other research methods,the orchestration of the quickstep combination of competitive analysis,to provide certain reference for college athletes quickstep training.Research shows that:(1)Technical action choreography: In the competitive combination arrangement,the addition of modeling movements is the finishing point of the competitive combination and an indispensable part,showing the characteristics of the players,among which the modeling movements are divided into jumping modeling,fixed-point modeling and flowing modeling.Each different style arrangement will have different effects in the competition combination.The flowing style will make the competition combination smooth and the dance route full;Fixed-point modeling is the strongest contrast with the running process of competitive combination,is the biggest highlight of competitive combination;Closed position,side position and outside partner position are most used in jig,which reflects the level of the middle body position of the players.The degree of difficulty and technical performance of competitive combination also depend on the conversion frequency and effect between positions;(2)Double modeling cooperation: In the competitive combination arrangement,the addition of modeling movements is the finishing point of the competitive combination and an indispensable part,showing the characteristics of the players,among which the modeling movements are divided into jumping modeling,fixed-point modeling and flowing modeling.Each different style arrangement will have different effects in the competition combination.The flowing style will make the competition combination smooth and the dance route full;Fixed-point modeling is the strongest contrast with the running process of competitive combination,is the biggest highlight of competitive combination;The flow of jump modeling is between fixed point modeling and flow modeling,which tests the cooperation of two people and the agility and control of the players;(3)Application of musical rhythm: According to the application of different rhythm types,it can be seen that an excellent jig competition combination needs the conversion and application of different rhythm types.Generally,there are 6-9 rhythm types in the competition combination;(4)Site utilization: There are 6-8 dance lines in the jig competition combination,and the routes can be changed to a large extent without violating the competition rules.In the process of dancing,the marching route of the competitive combination should not only show its technical movements,but also try to avoid the collision with other opponents.Therefore,the diversified running of the dance route can better reflect the characteristics of the dance and the skill level of the dancers.
