| Ecological migration with recovery area of origin two aspects of ecological environment and to help immigrants rich significance of ecological migration from the original residence to move to a new geographical space,caused a disturbance and impact to the original space,ecological immigrant village surrounding the production of original residents living space has been squeezed,so under the background of ecological resettlement is the objective existence of adjacent to avoid conflict.This study based on the population migration theory,space conflict,human-land relations coordination,selection of typical ecological ecological immigrant village Ningxia nearly 10 years and its surrounding village as the research object,by constructing ecological ecological immigant village and surrounding villages adjacent to not in my back yard(NIMBY)conflict index system,the measure index of Ningxia ecological emigration adjacent to avoid conflict,and use the geographic detector model for the influence factors of the ecological migration adjacent to avoid conflict detection,in-depth analysis of the ecological immigration differentiation mechanism of adjacent to avoid conflict.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to regulate the NIMBY conflict of ecological migration.Findings:(1)From the sub-index of NIMBY conflict,the economic NIMBY conflict index declines.rapidly but the regional differences are obvious.The index of social NIMBY conflict declined slightly,and the change of the three geographical regions was not obvious.The cultural NIMBY conflict index shows a significant trend of decline,but the three geographical regions vary significantly.The index of ecological NIMBY conflict shows a sharp downward trend,but the differences among different village types are very obvious.The decline in the index of political NIMBY conflicts is obvious,but the differences between different periods of migration are obvious.(2)From the comprehensive index of NIMBY conflict,the comprehensive index of NIMBY conflict of ecological migration in the whole region decreased significantly during the whole study period,but the differences among different geographical regions were also significant.In the northern plains area,the ecological immigration villages during the ex-situ ecological migration period and the central-southern ecological migration period have dropped from being basically out of control to the current basic controllability,while the surrounding villages have rapidly decreased from basic controllability to stable controllability.In the central arid zone,the ecological immigrant villages during the ex-situ eco-immigration period and the central-southern eco-immigration period decreased from basically out of control to the current stable and controllable,while the surrounding villages quickly declined from basic control to basic control,and during the period of immigration in the central arid zone,the ecological immigration villages fell from being basically out of control to the current basic controllability,while the surrounding villages fell rapidly from basic controllability to stable controllability.In the southern mountainous areas,the decline rate of the conflict index during the ex-situ ecological migration is-71.819%,the decline rate of the conflict index during the ecological migration in the central arid zone county is-40.899%,and the decline rate of the conflict index during the ecological migration in the central and southern regions is-27.593%(3)From the perspective of the types of NIMBY conflicts,the ecological immigrant villages and their surrounding villages during the period of Diaozhuang immigration basically synchronized from being out of control to being stable and controllable,but the types of conflicts in other immigration periods are spatially differentiated.In the northern plains area,the ecological immigration villages during the ex-situ ecological migration period and the central-southern ecological migration period have dropped from being basically out of control to the current basic controllability,while the surrounding villages have rapidly decreased from basic controllability to stable controllability.In the central arid zone,the ecological immigrant villages fell from basically out of control to the current stable and controllable during the period of ex-situ ecological immigration and the ecological migration in the central and southern regions,while the surrounding villages fell rapidly from basic control to basic controllability.During the period of immigration,ecological immigration villages fell from being basically out of control to the current basic controllability,while the surrounding villages fell rapidly from basic controllability to stable controllability.In the southern mountainous areas,the types of conflicts in the ecological immigration villages and surrounding villages during the period of ex-situ ecological immigration changed from basically out of control and basically controllable to stable and controllable.The types of conflicts during the migration period in the central arid zone counties are basically controllable from the beginning to the present.The types of conflicts in ecological immigrant villages during the period of ecological immigration in the central and southern regions have been basically controllable from the beginning to the present,while the surrounding villages have rapidly declined from basic controllability to stable controllability.There are obvious differences between different periods and different types of villages,indicating that although the ecological resettlement villages are constantly adapting to the environment of the resettlement area,they are seriously affected by the external environment,which makes it difficult to integrate into the surrounding villages to achieve regional coordinated development.(4)Based on the regional ecological Ecological immigrant village and around the village of adjacent to avoid conflict detection,the influential factors of Ningxia ecological ecological immigrant village clear NIMBY conflict in Ningxia eco-migrant villages and surrounding villages include the average length of schooling of the working-age population(0.713),the amount of>pesticide used per unit area(0.481),the proportion of>working-age population(0.448),the housing quality index of rural residents(0.448)and the contribution rate of>to the economy(0.407).From the point of geographical division,the northern plains mainly focus on rural residents housing quality index(0.844)>the new type of rural social endowment insurance rate(0.766)>level of rural women status(0.759)>(0.703)>the distance to the regional central city population proportion of working-age population(0.703)>rural residents to participate in decision-making policy active degree(0.703)>rural residents satisfaction(0.687)>working-age population mean by education period(0.685),etc.;Central arid zone is mainly focused on the informationization level of peasants’living(0.993)>the new rural cooperative medical service rate(0.969)>policy of rural residents satisfaction(0.916)>rural water supply reliability(0.907)>social support for poverty alleviation(0.88)>industry mechanization level(0.872)>pesticide usage per unit area(0.872)>rural residents housing quality index(0.721)>working-age population mean by education period(0.721)>rural economic contribution rate(0.702);In the southern mountainous area,it mainly focused on the policy satisfaction of rural residents(0.983)>engel coefficient of rural residents(0.815)>rural water supply assurance rate(0.795)>rural drinking water quality compliance rate(0.795)>infrastructure allocation ratio(0.439).The influence of each factor interaction is higher than the control force of a single factor,which can effectively enhance the explanatory power of the overall index and sub-index of NIMBY conflict in the ecological immigrant villages and surrounding villages in Ningxia. |
