Research On Coordinated Development Of Tourism Development And Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In Guangxi Beibu Gulf

The Beibu Gulf region of Guangxi has a vast territory and diverse geographical environments.A good natural ecological environment breeds intangible cultural heritage with different functions and diverse values,and promotes the development of social civilization.The intangible cultural heritage in this area has accumulated in the long river of history and has been inherited to this day,and has high protection,development and utilization value.However,with the development of the economy and the changes of the times,the intangible cultural heritage in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf region,which has been formed for thousands of years,is facing the severe challenge of economic globalization and the violent impact of the market economy.The protection and rationalization of the intangible cultural heritage Utilization has become an important issue that the regional government has focused on and urgently needs to solve.Practice has proved that the virtuous cycle concept of "promoting protection through development and promoting development through protection" has become an important way to industrialize the operation of intangible cultural heritage in the Beibu Gulf area of Guangxi under the new era.Among them,tourism development,as one of the important forms of industrial development,can effectively realize the benign interaction between tourism development and the protection of intangible cultural heritage.It has become a common need and inevitable for the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the development of tourism industry in the Beibu Gulf area of Guangxi select.In view of this,on the basis of a systematic survey of the number,types,values,and functions of intangible cultural heritage in the Beibu Gulf area of Guangxi,this study conducted a spatial analysis of the intangible cultural heritage in the region using Arc GIS software and concluded its tourism development And the current status of protection,and discussed the mechanism of action of the two;using SPSS tools,combined with literature analysis and expert questionnaire method for mathematical statistical analysis,after two rounds of screening,preliminary identification of tourism development and protection of intangible cultural heritage in the Beibu Gulf area of Guangxi.The driving factors of coordinated development have built a model of power system and drive mechanism;further combined with the characteristics of resources and regional characteristics,and guided by the content of the new concept of synergy and "cultural and cultural integration" as a guide,we have constructed the intangible cultural heritage of Beibu Gulf in Guangxi Tourism development and protection coordinated development model;in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above model,this study proposes six countermeasures.The main conclusions of this study are shown in the following five aspects:Firstly,the intangible cultural heritage in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf region has achieved certain results after many years of protection and tourism development,and it has also caused problems such as the lack of regional linkage of tourism development and insufficient overall protection;Secondly,the interaction process of intangible cultural heritage tourism development and intangible cultural heritage protection in the Beibu Gulf region of Guangxi is mainly reflected in four aspects: goal orientation,implementation form,implementation efficiency and sustainability;Thirdly,according to the 20 driving factors affecting coordinated development of intangible cultural heritage tourism development and protection in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf region,Guangxi Beibu Gulf region intangible cultural heritage tourism development and protection is constructed by the thrust system,the pulling system,the support system,and the intermediary system Synergistic development of the power system,and then derive the driving mechanism model;Fourthly,the collaborative development model of intangible cultural heritage tourism development and protection in the Beibu Gulf region of Guangxi mainly includes two dimensions: resource collaboration and subject collaboration;among them,the collaborative development model based on the transformation of the value of non-legacy resources mainly includes the original display model,combination extension model and creation transformation mode,the collaborative development mode based on multi-disciplinary discourse rights mainly includes government-led model,enterprise-led model and community-led model;Fifthly,optimized countermeasures for the coordinated development of intangible cultural heritage tourism development and protection in the Beibu Gulf region of Guangxi.That is to break the dilemma of the protection of non-legacy legislation and promote the implementation of tourism development norms;solidly promote the construction of project bases and accelerate the overall protection process of non-legacy;establish and improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism to enhance the self-confidence of diverse subject cultures;innovate the teaching system of non-legacy education and strengthen diverse compound talents Cultivation;expand cultural and tourism integration financing channels to ensure the effective and continuous inheritance of non-legacy;pay attention to the joint development of tourism space and enhance the overall competitiveness of the region.
