Research On Tourism Development Of Maritime Intangible Cultural Heritage In The North Gulf Of Guangxi Province

Our country has a vast territory,different geographical environment and numerous minorities.People of all ethnic groups in different production and living background created colorful cultural content.They are the background of Chinese culture,and also the rich nourishment which can promote the development of social economy.So,it has great significance to protect and exploit them.Among this,people who live in broad waters,long coastline and numerous islands created a long history and various forms of marine culture,which is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Maritime intangible cultural heritage is an important part of marine culture;it reflects the wisdom of coastal residents in production,daily life,literature and art,ideology and so on.Protecting and developing them is an important way to develop the national self-confidence,promote marine culture and form cultural productivity.The north gulf of Guangxi province is located in southern China.Qinzhou,Beihai and Fangchenggang are three coastal cities where resident Hakka,boat dwellers,the Zhuang people and the Jing people.As the original departure port of “the Maritime Silk Road”,these three cities have a long history of marine culture and distinctive characteristics,abundant of maritime intangible cultural heritage.On the other hand,due to historical reasons,the economic development level of Guangxi lags behind for a long time.So,it is important for this area to change ideas and give full play to the role of cultural productivity to achieve leapfrog development.As a sunrise industry and smokeless industry,tourism has the characteristics of green,labor intensive and multiplier effect.It is a strategic pillar industry of China’s economic development.Maritime intangible cultural heritage is a vivid reflection of coastal residents’ production and life;it is an important tourism resource which can meet the growing demand for knowledge and cultural experience and government departments have also attached great importance to it.The outline of national marine development program,planning for the development of the tourism industry in 13 th Five-Year,construction of Guangxi north gulf economic zone and the three cities’ development strategy both mentioned the importance of protecting the marine cultural heritage and relying on marine resources to develop tourism.Thus it can be seen that it is of great practical significance to study the tourism development of the intangible cultural heritage in north gulf of Guangxi.Based on the analysis of the research background and related research status,This paper starts its research mainly from four aspects.First,through the literature collection and field survey,the paper makes a survey of the maritime intangible cultural heritage resources in north gulf of Guangxi,count its quantity from four aspects such as folk literature,traditional performances and entertainment,traditional crafts and skills and folk customs,the basic problems of the distribution,characteristics of the heritage resources and the current situation of tourism development have also been analyzed.Second,this paper analyzed the driving factors of the tourism development of the intangible cultural heritage from three aspects: subject,object and mediator in order to provide the guiding ideology and decision-making ideas.Third,the tourism development model is analyzed from different perspectives guided by relevant theories,discussed the scope and implementation path.Fourth,this paper analyzes the security mechanism of the tourism development from the three stages of before,during and after tourism development in order to ensure the effective implementation and implementation of various development models.It is hoped that this research can rich and innovative the theoretical system of intangible cultural heritage and also provide reference for the tourism development of maritime intangible cultural heritage.
