China is a large agricultural country,food is the most basic livelihood issues.In 2017,the state issued a number of documents to promote the informatization project of the food industry,and put forward the key method of informatization to enhance the transformation and upgrading of the technology content of enterprises in the food industry.Grain depots are responsible for the supervision of grain storage and transportation.The construction of intelligent grain depot is the top priority in the process of informatization of grain industry.The information supervision of grain storage is directly related to the quality of grain storage and the safety of grain storage operation.According to the characteristics of the food situation,including large volume,many dimensions and close relationship,this project starts from the intelligent control of the stored food situation,with the help of the emerging virtual reality technology to visualize the food situation data design.This will improve the monitoring efficiency,optimize the monitoring operation experience,provide a guarantee for more accurate control decisions,and even better realize the intelligent monitoring of food situation.By consulting a large number of literatures and visiting several grain warehouses on the spot,this paper makes a full investigation of the current situation of grain situation supervision,and finds some common problems,such as poor timeliness of data correlation,low degree of visualization,lack of information design,and cumbersome and unnatural interaction.This paper investigates the theory of visualization and information interaction,and summarizes the significance,history and methods of visualization design.Based on the research results,this paper proposes a combination of various methods,such as virtual reality technology to achieve data multidimensional presentation and scale perception,information design to improve the efficiency of communication,and natural interaction to optimize the supervision experience.In this paper,the information visualization process is used as a clue to solve the discrete problem step by step,so as to improve the detection efficiency and optimize the experience.This paper deeply analyzes the technical characteristics of virtual reality and the development needs of intelligent grain depot construction,and summarizes the adaptability and necessity of virtual reality grain situation supervision.The immersive,imaginative and interactive characteristics of virtual reality provide new possibilities for the visual design of information.At the same time,according to the development needs of the remote monitoring of grain situation in the unmanned grain depot with artificial participation,virtual reality technology shows great advantages and ample prospect space.In the monitoring system of food situation,interaction design,visual design and information design are closely related to virtual reality.According to the problems in the current situation of supervision,including low degree of visualization,cumbersome interaction and lack of information design,the design method is summarized in this paper.Based on the characteristics and requirements of the development stage of interaction design and the basic rules of information cognitive search,this paper summarizes the application methods of flat design,natural interaction mode and information search paradigm in virtual reality.Taking the Card model of the visual design process as the clue,the visual mapping is completed by analyzing the data structure,the positioning retrieval and the sense of scale in the spatial data are completed by the data model and interaction design,and the scientific and effective color matching scheme is obtained by analyzing the three dimensions of the color effect.Based on the analysis of psychological habits and physiological laws,the author summarizes the methods of increasing visual attention,including visual facilitation,visual regulation and spatial cue paradigm,and standardizes the application environment,user posture,visual field shape and information vision scale of virtual reality monitoring system.Under the guidance of method theory,this paper completes the production of materials through plane drawing and 3D modeling software,and completes the presentation of design based on Unity 3D engine.By reflecting on the design process and results,the author has gradually completed the establishment of the method and theoretical system of virtual reality visual design,and applied the results to the supervision of stored grain situation,which has improved the supervision efficiency of grain situation to some extent and effectively improved the operation experience of data supervision.
