The Construction Of Chinese National Community From The Perspective Of Cultural Identity

"Chinese nation community" is a theoretical concept which is based on the path,theory,system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has obvious socialist nature.It is the development and extension ofMarxist theoretical system.It fully absorbed the basic ideas and methods of thinking contained in Marxism’s ideal of "Free Association" and the ideal of "great harmony under Heaven" in traditional Chinese culture,at the same time,we should fully respect and grasp the reality of contemporary China and the reality of the outside world,and guide the development of the relationship between Chinese individuals and the community in the process of modernization with their basic ideas and basic thinking methods,the theory of community of destiny and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics have played a good role in the complementary development.Cultural identity is the deepest level of identity,guiding and consolidating the realization of common cultural identity among all ethnic groups,which helps to consolidate the consciousness of Chinese nation community and realize the Chinese dream of greatrejuvenation."Culture is the soul of a nation,and cultural identity is the root of national unity.All ethnic groups should respect,appreciate,learn from and learn from each other culturally," Xi stressed.Deepening cultural identity is of great significance to the construction of Chinese nation community.At this stage,the situation at home and abroad is complicated.Under the influence of economic,political,globalization,Internet and other factors,China’s cultural identity shows some difficulties,the focus of tamping cultural identity is to identify and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,taking the core socialist values as the moral benchmark,and adopting a multi-pronged approach at the theoretical,institutional,cultural and practical levels,building a strong sense of Chinese nation community.Based on theory,practice,and an analysis of the ideological sources of Chinese nation community and the importance of cultural identity,the author proposes the path and method of constructing Chinese nation community from the dimension of cultural identity in the new era.
