With the rapid economic growth in recent years,art and cultural life in urban people’s life has been fully popularized,the state has also successively issued various policies to support private education.Art private education has naturally become a fast-growing industry in recent years.As a representative of national music.guzheng has beautiful voice and beautiful voice,which is popular with girls.More and more people love guzheng,and training institutions have gradually developed,which has become a hot industry.With the deepening of art training marketization,the traditional training center has been difficult to adapt to the modern management mode.Parents have not only regarded zither as an interest,but also as the future development path of children.At the same time,a large number of art training centers in the market are still in the form of studios with teachers and students,and the industry norms brought about by branding have not yet appeared.Brand management in guzheng art training market is still in its infancy.Therefore,the modern management of Guzheng art training center is in urgent need of spreading.The author has worked in baijiazheng Mingzheng Industry Management Co.,Ltd.for a long time,and has a good understanding of the needs of franchisees in the system for brand management.Therefore,this study takes the art training center of hundreds of zither singing as the research object.Through the analysis of the macro and micro environment of Guzheng training industry,combined with the internal and external environment of baijiazhengming guzheng Art Center,and the development trend of Guzheng industry,management tools are adopted for research.PEST analysis is used to analyze the macro environment of baijiazheng.Then,using the "five forces" competition model to analyze the industry competition environment of baijiazheng art training center,and then through SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of baijiazheng art training center are obtained.And use the questionnaire and interview method to analyze a series of brand management problems faced by the current training center.Based on the analysis,the paper makes the brand management methods suitable for zither art training center,and puts forward the guarantee strategies and suggestions for the implementation of brand management.At the end of the paper,the author gives some suggestions from the brand management strategy:first,strengthen the overall optimization strategy of the brand,focus on building brand awareness;second,enhance the awareness of brand use and development;third,optimize the brand communication strategy,expand brand awareness and reputation.
