| The paper mainly discussed,under the situation artistic consumption tending to rejuvenation,individuation and diversification and the catering industry facing fierce competition and challenges,the problems in the current distribution of art resources,the developing tendency of the catering industry under the experience economy,the current situation of art consumption,the inevitability of art being cross-boundary and the needs of artists and the market,investigated and analyzed the well-known art restaurants at home and abroad and conduct analysis and demonstration on the development of art restaurants and the feasibility of art restaurants in universities.In the key chapters of this paper,the key links in the actual operation of art restaurants such as the naming,location selection and atmosphere creation of the restaurant,the development and innovation of menus,construction of service quality system,art resource integration and how to conduct the art management were described separately.The methods to combine the brands of colleges and universities to carry out cross-boundary cooperation between theme restaurants and arts were explored.At the same time,the design and scenes of different artistic experience activities in art restaurants were conceived and described in detail,and the methods to construct the art restaurant atmosphere in university art restaurants,facilitate the cooperation between the restaurants and the artists,design the art experience and manage the artistic activities etc.were studied so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the actual implementation of the university art restaurants to facilitate the integration and rational development of art resources and promote the industrialization development of art at the same time of realizing the multi-functional and diversified operation of art restaurants and increasing their competitiveness. |
