Family risk factors threatened the development of adolescents’ mental health seriously.Previous studies have some shortcomings, such as the inadequacies of risk factor identification criteria and the inconsistent of mental health population classification criteria.Based on the cumulative risk model and dual-factor model of mental health,we used the tracking data of three time points to:first, investigate the impact of family risk factors and family cumulative risk on adolescents’ mental health at different time points,in order to identify the real risk factors which threatened adolescent’ mental health, and also comparing the impact of the nature and quantity of family risk factors on adolescents’mental health;Second,we used potential profile analysis and potential transformation analysis to examine the potential classes of adolescents’ mental health and its changing trends, and the impact of family risk factors on the grouping of adolescents’ potential classes and their changing trends,in order to provide some advices for adolescents’ mental health intervention.Questionnaires were conducted from 4 middle and high school students in Hubei,Inner Mongolia and Fujian province respectively in September 2018,December 2018 and march 2019,and obtained 1187 valid data.Using variable-oriented and person-oriented method,we found:(1)Family economic risk, family intimacy risk and family conflict risk have the greatest impact on adolescents’ mental health and family cumulative risk significantly negatively predicts adolescents’ mental health, the nature and quantity of family risk factors threatened development of adolescents’ mental health.(2)There are three latent class of adolescents’ mental health, including mental health, mental sub-health and mental disorders.(3)Family risk factors have important influence on the latent class grouping of mental health. For example, compared with the mental illness group, subjects who are under family structure risk,parent-child separation risk, family atmosphere risk(such as family intimacy, family conflict,father-son relationship and mother-child relationship risk)were more belong to mental sub-health group or mental disorders group;(4)Mental health is a relatively stable "quasi-state”variable,showing relative stability over time.(5)The impact of family risk factors on adolescents’mental health is relatively stable, for example, family risk factors has a greater impact on the grouping of latent class of mental health and has less impact on the transition between latent class at different time points;(6)For adolescents’ mental health, teacher support, school belongings and peer support are important protective factors.
