With the deepening of reform and opening up in China,as well as the construction of the socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics,great changes have taken place in economic relations.The prominent contradiction between the reality of economic activities and traditional ethics has caused strong resistance to the development of market economy.In the face of the complicated background of contemporary economic ethic relations,it is extremely important to deeply understand the economic ethics relations and then apply theories to practice to solve the contradiction of economic ethic relationship.Karl Marx and Max Weber,two great thinkers of the last century,are important characters in the filed of economic ethic thoughts.Their theories of economic ethics are of great significance to contemporary society.Therefore,according to the reality of contemporary society and by comparing the similarities and differences of Marx’s and Weber’s economic ethic thoughts,this thesis aims to explore the construction of Chinese socialist core value system under the environment of market economy.
