| As a long neglected poet in modern Chinese literary history,Wu Xinghua was not been paid enough attention.Wu Xinghua made various attempts on the form of new poetry,and formed his unique creation style which fusion of classical poetry and western poetry resources.The poet has great achievements in the transformation of traditional and western poetry resources.More importantly,Wu Xinghua’s exploration of poetry form is based on the quality of poetry.Wu Xinghua’s exploration of modernist poetry,gives a variety of possibility in the development of modern poetry in the forty’s.It also broke the opposite thinking between ’modern’ and ’traditional’.Wu Xinghua’s poetry aesthetics of ’New Classicism’ starting from the individual experience,and express the poet’s unique life experiences.Wu Xinghua’s experiments in the form and content of the poetry have great significance for poetry writing in both the forty’s and the present.The introduction part has carried on the classification to the existing research results,introducing the research object,and detailed research methods and research ideas.The first chapter discussed Wu Xinghua’s poetry in different regions under the different conditions of acceptance from the accepted view.The second and third chapters,respectively from the content and form of Wu’s poetry,explored in "neoclassicism"poetry aesthetics and the poet’s contribution on new poetry writing,found the"modernism" characteristics in the poetry.This kind of‘alternative modernity’reflects the pursuit of the poet’s transformation of traditional poets.The fourth chapter examines Wu Xinghua’s poetry writing and poetry ideas spread overseas,especially the relationship between Wu Xinghua and Taiwan poetry in 1950s.Wu Xinghua’s poetry had a great impact on modern poetry writing in Taiwan.Conclusion summarizes the unique value of Wu Xinghua’s poetry,and explores the poet’s shaded glory.Appendix Ⅰ and Appendix Ⅱ collated basic information,especially for poets’creative chronology.These data will fill the black in the previous studies. |
