At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of novel coronavirus(COVID-19)broke out,and the epidemic prevention and control became the top priority in the country.In the early stage,due to the sudden outbreak of the epidemic,various regions adopted traditional epidemic prevention measures.Although traditional epidemic prevention measures are effective,they have brought great challenges to the work of prevention and control personnel.Therefore,intelligent epidemic prevention and control technology is imminent.The embedded epidemic prevention identification system mainly includes hardware part,cloud platform and software,available for two working modes.Among them,the hardware part consists of two parts,the first part STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller,the second part Raspberry Pi 4B+,which can realize face identification,mask identification and health code identification.The cloud platform is mainly for tracking and monitoring the current personnel entry and exit time in a specific place.Software guarantees the stable and orderly work of the entire system.The first mode is for public place mode.In public place mode,when we select mask identification and health code identification through screen UI command interface,the Raspberry Pi 4B+ will start to work.Once the Raspberry Pi recognizes the result,it will be displayed through HDMI,and the corresponding position will be sent to the main control chip of the whole system.First,the main control will analyze,process and judge whether the results sent by the Raspberry Pi meet the epidemic prevention requirements.Secondly,the non-contact temperature measurement is carried out through the non-contact temperature measurement module STM32,and the corresponding temperature is sent to the serial screen,and the environmental temperature is detected by the DS18B20 to eliminate the impact on the temperature checking.Finally,the main control judges whether the current personnel meet the epidemic prevention requirements.When it meets the requirements of epidemic prevention,we not only use the voice broadcast module to broadcast "permit to pass",but also use the screen to display the results and control the gate.When it does not meet the requirements of epidemic prevention,we will display "No Pass" on the screen through voice broadcast,and send text messages to notify the staff through the4 G module.In addition,the staff can also open the gate through the IC card in the face of emergencies.The second mode is the for specific location mode.In this mode,people can perform face identification,mask identification,health code identification and non-contact temperature checking.At this time,we add IC card identification,upload the current personnel entry and exit time to the cloud(Alibaba Cloud)through the 4G module,track and monitor the personnel entry and exit time.Secondly,the non-contact temperature checking module in this design adopts the RS485 and MODBUS protocols to identify the health code online through the API interface,which provides an important reference.In this paper,the hardware architecture and software design flow of the embedded epidemic prevention and identification system are completed and the whole function of the system is tested in real life.After testing,the embedded epidemic prevention identification system in this paper has the following functions: health code identification,non-contact temperature checking,mask identification function,IC card identification,4G module upload cloud platform,etc.It can effectively prevent exposure to viruses and transmission through breathing,which is smart and safe in real tests and applications.
