Entrance System For Operating Room Based On Face Recognition Technology

In recent years,medical industry has developed rapidly in our country.With the completion of large-scale construction of hospitals,the number of operating rooms in hospitals has increased,and the number of operating stations has increased dramatically.Due to the uncertainty of the operating room and the surgical information,when medical staff arrives at the operating room,it may cause surgical accidents and unnecessary contradictions between doctors and patients.In order to prevent operating room errors caused by the mixing of medical staff,and to solve the current situation of missing and incomplete operation information in the process of transmission,this paper designed a personnel confirmation system for operating room.After analyzing the particular situation in OR(operating room),the paper analyzes and applies face recognition technology.Safety management system is designed to manage the access of the operating room.The main work of the paper is as follows:1.Analysis and implementation of face detectionWhen a video frame captures multiple face images,it is necessary to frame the face to be recognized.Aiming at the special problem of medical staff wearing face masks,implement and compare the face detection based on color classification and MTCNN.Face detection method based on convolution neural network is used to frame the face.2.Analysis and implementation of face recognitionAfter obtaining the face image selected by the face detection frame,face recognition and comparison are carried out according to the face data obtained by extracting the wristband safety code.Because of the influence of mask cap occlusion on medical staff,the FACENET algorithm with higher recognition rate is selected.3.Design of the personnel management systemImplement face detection and face recognition,medical personnel confirmed the related functions of the surgical patient information and other detailed design.Under the framework of Tensorflow.based on OpenCV.the program is written in Python to achieve the purpose of medical personnel confirmation and records.Connect to HIS system to achieve the information of this surgery and display the surgical information in real time after the personnel confirms.
