| Objectives:To investigate the expression levels of Nucleotide binding oligomeric domain receptor protein 3(NLRP3),Interleukin 6 receptor(IL-6R)and the relationship between NLRP3,IL-6R and left atrial diameter(LAD)in the sera of patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).The correlation between NLRP3 and IL-6R and the left atrial diameter(LAD)was also investigated.Methods:1.150 patients with atrial fibrillation who were admitted to our hospital from July2019 to July 2020 were selected as the experimental group, divided into 84 in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and 66 in the non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group.Another 120 healthy physical examiners who were examined to exclude atrial fibrillation during the same period served as the control group.2.The clinical data of the three groups were collected, including general information such as gender, age and other basic conditions,as well as the results of erythrocyte, leukocyte, alanine aminotransferase enzyme, aspartate transferase, blood creatinine, left atrial internal diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD).The results of NLRP3 and IL-6R were measured in the serum of patients with and without AF using an enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).3.SPSS 25.0 was used for data analysis,x~2test was used for counting data,ANOVA analysis was performed among multiple groups of measurement data,Pearson correlation analysis was used for continuous variable correlation, and binary Logistic regression analysis was used to verify whether NLRP3,IL-6R and LAD size and age were risk factors for atrial fibrillation.Results:(1)NLRP3(27.51±7.62)ng/m L and IL-6R(11.42±3.05)pg/m L in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(PAF)and NLRP3(47.48±8.34)ng/m L and IL-6R(17.24±3.03)pg/m L in the non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(n PAF)were higher than those in the control group NLRP3:(18.87±6.09)ng/m L;IL-6R:(8.66±2.81)pg/m L and were statistically significant(P<0.05),as were the levels of NLRP3 and IL-6R between patients in the PAF and n PAF groups(P<0.05).(2)LAD values were higher in both the PAF and n PAF groups than in the control group and were also greater in the n PAF group than in the PAF group(31.56±4.59)mm vs(43.16±5.36)mm vs(58.80±5.86)mm and were statistically significant(P<0.05);serum NLRP3 and IL-6R in both the PAF and n PAF groups were positively correlated with patient There was a positive correlation between serum NLRP3 and IL-6R in both PAF and n PAF groups and patients’left atrial internal diameter(r NLRP3=0.771,P<0.05;r IL-6R=0.674,P<0.05).(3)Binary logistic regression analysis revealed that NLRP3,IL-6R,LAD and age were independent risk factors for the development of AF(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.With the onset and progression of AF,serum levels of NLRP3 and IL-6R increase, and increased serum expression of NLRP3 and IL-6R may play a role in the development of AF and may provide new ideas for the management of AF.2.As the frequency and duration of atrial fibrillation increases, the left atrial internal diameter becomes larger and the LAD increases, and serum NLRP3 and IL-6R levels increase.3.Serum expression levels of NLRP3 and IL-6R and age and LAD size are independent risk factors for patients with AF,and these have some value in predicting the development of AF. |
