With the continuous improvement of medical science and technology,people’s quality of life has been greatly improved,and the average life span of mankind has been continuously extended,making the total population of the world larger and larger.At the same time,the population base means that the use of drugs has maintained an average annual growth of 4%-5%.However,it should be noted that people pay more and more attention to drug safety.In recent years,the number of adverse drug reaction events in China has increased year by year,which has greatly stimulated the people’s desire for safe drug use.However,the traditional adverse drug reaction monitoring work is not accurate and effective,coupled with the increasing amount of adverse reaction data,the traditional drug monitoring and analysis work can not meet the needs of the real world,and there is an urgent need for more targeted and efficient solutions.The value of drug research based on the real world is more prominent,more and more favored by the industry,and has gradually become a new method used by researchers in the process of mining clinical evidence,The China Hospital pharmacovigilance system(CHPS)developed with the support of the drug evaluation center of the State Drug Administration has natural real-world research advantages.The huge real-world adverse reaction data provides strong support for the scientific research of adverse drug reactions.Based on the CHPS system and using the real-world drug evaluation and analysis theory,this thesis will divide the front-line drug researchers into different roles and conduct targeted user demand analysis respectively,so as to meet the user’s adverse drug reaction research as the core demand,and build an information management system with data collection and management and real-world research projects Real world drug evaluation and analysis system with the function of statistics and analysis of project report data.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Firstly,starting from the research background and significance of the subject,combined with the people’s attention to drug safety,by analyzing the research modes of adverse drug reactions at home and abroad,this thesis attempts to build a drug evaluation and analysis system based on real-world data and can meet the scientific research needs of clinicians for adverse drug reaction data.(2)Through the study of real-world drug post marketing re evaluation theory,a drug evaluation analysis model based on real-world data is designed,and based on the model,the user needs of different roles are deeply analyzed.Then,based on the business pain point analysis of user needs,the overall functional architecture of the system is designed,and relevant development technologies are applied to realize the landing of business functions,such as Java development technology,Solr search engine,FSR development framework,etc.Finally,SQL server tools are needed to complete the design of drug evaluation and analysis system database and promote the iterative upgrading of the system.(3)Finally,according to the user demand mining of the system,the real-world drug evaluation and analysis system based on CHPS is developed by using relevant R & D technologies and tools.The following paper mainly introduces the implementation and application of the drug evaluation and analysis system,the drug data collection and management module,the drug evaluation project management and project report management functions of the real world research module,and the operation pages of the project data statistical analysis module.Finally,the business function test of the real drug data of the software system is carried out,and the safety and effectiveness of Xuebijing drug is applied as an example,The results show that the system can meet the needs of users and basically achieve the functional design goal.
