【Objective】To study the relationship between the expression of CYP27B1 and CD56 and missed abortion by detecting the expression of CYP27B1 and CD56 in villi and decidual tissues of patients with missed abortion and normal early pregnancy requiring termination,and in the endometrium of non-pregnant women.【Methods】Patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected,including 25 patients with missed abortion(missed abortion group),25 patients with normal pregnancy requiring termination of pregnancy(normal early pregnancy group),and 20patients without pregnancy Non-pregnant patients who had undergone curettage(non-pregnancy group).Specimens from three groups of patients were collected after diagnostic curettage or abortion operation.The expression of CD56 and CYP27B1 protein in villi and decidua of missed abortion group and normal early pregnancy group and endometrium of non-pregnancy group were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.All data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.【Results】1.CYP27B1 was expressed in chorionic villi of missed abortion group and normal early pregnancy group.The expression level in the missed abortion group(4.89±1.08)was lower than that in the normal early pregnancy group(8.46±2.14).CYP27B1 was expressed in decidua of missed abortion group and normal early pregnancy group and endometrium of non-pregnancy group.The expression of decidual tissue in missed abortion group(1.89±0.64)was lower than that in normal early pregnancy group(8.46±2.14),and that in non-pregnant group(2.30±0.67)was lower than that in normal early pregnancy group(8.46±2.14).The difference was statistically significant.2.CD56 was expressed in decidua of missed abortion group and normal early pregnancy group and endometrium of non-pregnancy group.The expression of decidual tissue in missed abortion group(4.05±0.54)was higher than that in normal early pregnancy group(1.99±0.81),and that in non-pregnant group(0.66±0.31)was lower than that in normal early pregnancy group(1.99±0.81).The expression level in the decidua tissue of the missed abortion group(4.05±0.54)was higher than that in the endometrial tissue of the non-pregnancy group(0.66±0.31).The difference was statistically significant.The expression of CD56 was negative in villi of missed abortion group and normal early pregnancy group.3.CD56+cells were expressed in decidua of missed abortion group,normal early pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group.The expression rate of decidual tissue in missed abortion group(27.08±10.60%)was higher than that in normal early pregnancy group(10.52±4.81%).The expression rate in endometrial tissue in non-pregnant group(3.10±1.55%)was lower than that in normal early pregnancy group(10.52±4.81%).The expression rate in the decidua tissue of the missed abortion group(27.08±10.60%)was higher than that in the endometrial tissue of the non-pregnancy group(3.10±1.55%).The difference was statistically significant.4.There was no correlation between the expression of CYP27B1 and CD56 in the decidua of missed abortion group and normal early pregnancy group,but there was a negative correlation between the expression of CYP27B1 and CD56 in the endometrium of non-pregnant patients,the difference was statistically significant.【Conclusion】1.The expression of CYP27B1 in villi and decidua of patients with missed abortion was lower than that of patients with normal early pregnancy requiring termination of pregnancy.2.The expression of CD56 and the ratio of CD56+cells in decidua of patients with missed abortion were higher than those of patients with normal early pregnancy.3.The expression of CYP27B1 and CD56 were negative correlated with each other in the endometrium of women without pregnancy.4.The low expression of CYP27B1 and the high expression of CD56 at the maternal-fetal interface of early pregnancy are related to the occurrence of missed abortion,and a certain amount of CD56+cells is beneficial to early pregnancy.
