Objective:Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant solid tumor with the low differentiation degree. Most patients underwent recurrence and metastasis in a short term after the resection. Therefore, predicting the differentiation degree of the pancreatic cancer is significant for the choice of clinical treatment. This study combined general clinical data and preoperative laboratory examinations to analyze the independent risk factors associated with the differentiation degree, evaluating the possibility and significance of radical surgery,so as to choose the best clinical treatment plan. Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out including 153 patients pathologically diagnosed as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma in the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 1,2015 to August 31,2020.We used single factor and multiple factors analysis comparing the tumor differentiation degree to age, gender, serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, albumin, hemoglobin, lymphocyte count, platelet count, prothrombin time,International standardization ratio, creatinine ratio, neutrophils and lymphocytes, platelet count, fibrinogen and lymphocyte ratio and serum albumin ratio, glutamine transferase and alkaline phosphatase,CEA,CA199 and CA125 and discovered the independent risk factor for pancreatic cancer differentiation. Results:Among 153 pancreatic cancer patients,3(2%)were high-medium differentiated,72(47%)were medium differentiated,69(45%)were medium-low differentiated,and9(6%)were low differentiated.Univariate analysis showed that CEA level(H=9.342,P=0.025),gender(x2=7.282,P=0.048)and albumin level(P=0.004 < 0.05)were correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation.Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that CEA level(P < 0.01)and serum albumin level(P=0.01)were statistically significant and were independent risk factors associated with the differentiation degree of pancreatic cancer.
