| Objective:This study was designed to investigate the characteristics of patients with early gastric cancer (EGC) that have influenced on differentiation, for providing theoretical basis clinically. Methods:We collected gastrio cancer patients with D2 Lymph node dissection who underwent surgery at first affiliated hospital of chongqing medical universit your hospital from January 2009 to January 2014. early gastrio cancer were 11%(97/852), A total of 97 EGC patients were included in this study, For patients with tumor size, general type, tumor location, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, tumor markers, blood line transfer, gender, age and the relationship between differentiation and single factor and multille factors analysis. In the 97 cases of early gastric cancer, and seventy cases 73%(70/97) had undiferentiated carcinoma in all. Results of multiple factors Logistic regression analysis showed that the tumor Female, Younger than 50 years old, A third part under the stomach were highly related to undiferentiated carcinoma (P<0.05), and OR were 4.9,13.7 and 3.4, respectively. Results:However, there was no correlation between patients’tumor size, general type, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, tumor markers, blood line transfer, and so on with undiferentiated carcinoma. Conclusions:The degree of differentiation in early gastric cancer has been proved to be mainly correlated with the gender, age, tumor location. |
