| Objectives:By studying the patient data of Stomatological Hospital of Jilin University from November 2020 to November 2021,and reporting 11 cases of metal preformed crown repairing large-area defect of young permanent teeth,this paper analyzes the application effect of metal preformed crown repairing large-area defect of young permanent teeth,so as to provide reference basis for clinical treatment.Methods:The data of 22 children with large area defect of young permanent teeth treated in stomatological hospital of Jilin University from November 1,2020 to November 31,2021 were selected.The etiological treatment of the affected teeth was improved first.After no complications were observed,11 patients were filled with light curing resin and set as the control group,and the other 11 patients were treated with metal preformed crown and set as the observation group,To compare the application effects of different methods in the treatment of large-area defects of young permanent teeth.SPSS software was used to analyze the loss rate of dental restoration in the two groups.When the chi square test was p < 0.05,there was significant difference in the data,which was statistically significant.Results:In the data of 22 eligible patients,the follow-up examination was conducted at each time period of 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.In the control group,there was1 case of filler falling off within 3 months after repair treatment and 1 case of secondary caries within 6 months after repair treatment.A total of 2 cases were determined as invalid criteria;Experimental group: all met the effective and effective standards.The data between groups were processed by statistical software,P > 0.05,indicating no significance.Conclusions:The effect of transitional prosthesis is very important for permanent teeth with large area defects.Excellent repair methods play an important role in the growth and development of jaw,gastrointestinal digestive function and physical and mental health of children.The operation of metal preformed crown restoration is simpler than resin filling restoration.At the same time,the glass ion binder has low requirements for moisture insulation.It can still obtain good adhesion in micro humid conditions,reduce the matching degree of patients and the demand for moisture insulation,and more effectively restore the anatomical shape and adjacent relationship of the affected teeth.At the same time,the glass ionomer material used for bonding metal preformed crown has the ability to continuously release fluoride ions,which can prevent dentin demineralization and promote its remineralization,inhibit the formation of plaque and maintain the health of periodontal tissue.According to the current statistical data,there is no significant difference in the abscission rate of young permanent teeth repaired with resin direct filling and metal preformed crown,and the statistical results show no statistical significance.However,the therapeutic effect of metal preformed crown is better than that of resin direct filling.The observation time was extended to 1 year and 2 years after treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two were statistically analyzed to observe whether there was significance. |
