| ObjectiveIn this experiment, the content ofα-Syn and heat shock protein 70 in serum of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)with different severity was compared, and the clinical significance ofα-Syn and heat shock protein 70 in different stages of Parkinson’s disease was discussed.MethodsA total of 95 patients who were diagnosed with PD in our hospital from October2020 to December 2021 were selected as the case group, and were grouped according to the severity of HOEHN&YAHR(HY),including 32 cases in the early group,33 cases in the middle group, and 33 cases in the late group.30 cases. The healthy control group selected 31 physical examination personnel from our hospital during the same period. The general clinical data of the enrolled patients were collected:gender, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, smoking, drinking history, age. All enrolled patients were checked for fasting blood indicators:aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, creatinine, total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein, hemoglobin, blood sodium, blood potassium, blood chloride,α-Syn,HSP70.Theχ~2 split test and one-way ANOVA were used to compare the differences between groups, and the SNK-q test was used for further pairwise comparisons between groups. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.ResultsThis study included four groups of general clinical data(gender, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, smoking, drinking history, age),laboratory tests(aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, creatinine, total cholesterol),triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, hemoglobin, blood sodium, blood potassium, blood chloride)had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The serumα-Syn content of each group in the case group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serumα-Syn in the early, middle and late groups increased significantly with the increase of HY stage(P<0.05).The serum HSP70 content of each group in the case group was compared with that of the control group:the serum HSP70 content of the early group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum HSP70content of the intermediate group was slightly higher than that of the control group, with no statistical difference(P>0.05).;Serum HSP70 content in the advanced group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of each group in the case group:the serum HSP70 content in the early group was significantly higher than that in the middle and late groups(P<0.05);the intermediate group was significantly higher than that in the late group(P<0.05).Conclusionsα-Syn and HSP70 are involved in the occurrence and development of PD.α-Syn can reflect the degree of PD progression. In the future,it may provide a new concept for the treatment of middle-advanced PD patients by up-regulating the expression of serum HSP70 in PD patients. |
