Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum A 1-42 and P-Tau181 with cerebrospinal fluid content and cognitive impairment in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD),so as to provide blood markers for early clinical diagnosis of AD.Methods: Divided into AD group(group A)and the AD group(group B)cognitive dysfunction(including vascular dementia and frontotemporal dementia(FTD),etc.),from August 2018 to October 2019 in nanjing brain hospital neurology clinic and hospitalization of patients,in which A group of 25 cases of AD patients, group B the AD group of 18 patients with cognitive dysfunction.MMSE and MOCA scales were used for cognitive assessment in both groups.Serum and CEREBRO spinal fluid samples of the two groups were collected for A 1-42 and P-Tau181 protein content detection.SPSS20.0 statistical software package was used for statistical analysis, and chi-square test was used for enumeration data.Independent sample T test was used for inter-group comparison. The correlation was determined by linear regression with least R multiplication. Results :(1)there was no significant difference between group A and group B in age, years of education, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and other general information, showing no statistical significance.(2)MMSE and MOCA scores were used as dependent variables in the two groups for linear regression by minimum R multiplicative method. The results showed that CSF A 1-42 and p-tau181 had no correlation with MMSE and MOCA scores(P > 0.05),and serum p-tau181 had no correlation with MMSE and MOCA scores(P > 0.05).(3)in group A and group B patients serum A beta 1-42 exist significant correlation(P < 0.05),and cerebrospinal fluid A beta 1 to 42,P-no obvious correlation between tau181,protein P-tau181 blood there is no correlation, there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),(4)group A will be cerebrospinal fluid A beta 1-42,P-tau181 as dependent variable, the linear regression analysis using least R method, the results showed A beta 1-42 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid A beta 1-42 have correlation(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance,Serum p-tau181 had no correlation with CSF p-tau181(P > 0.05),and there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)This study found that the expressions of CSF A 1-42 and P-Tau181 were not affected by age and other general factors.(2)The content of serum A 1-42 is correlated with sleep state, internal environment, systemic nutrition, liver and kidney function impairment and other factors. Therefore,it is still limited to be A biomarker for the early diagnosis of AD alone.(3)The level of serum and CSF A 1-42 May be related to cognitive level, and the lower the level of CSF A 1-42,the lower the cognitive level may be.(4)There was no correlation between serum P-TAU181 and CEREBRO spinal fluid P-TAU181,so the significance of serum P-TAU181 in the diagnosis of AD needs to be further explored.
