The Correlation Between TCM Syndromes And Pathological Types Of Gastric Polyps In HP-infected Gastric Polyps

Objective:HP infection can induce inflammation of gastric mucosa and lead to the formation of polyps,which has a great impact on the formation,occurrence and development of gastric polyps.Now,some literature studies have confirmed that there are certain differences in Hp infection among different pathological types of gastric polyps.Therefore,this paper discusses the correlation between TCM syndromes and pathological types of HP infected gastric polyps,and supplements the microscopic dialectical theory to provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment of gastric polyps.Methods :120 cases of gastric polyps were collected and divided into HP and non HP groups.The basic information of age,sex and diagnosis were recorded in detail.According to the syndrome dialectical scale of syndrome differentiation edited by Zhu Wenfeng,TCM syndromes were extracted,EXCEL tables were used to establish database and SPSS25.0 were used to analyze data.Results :1.There was no significant difference in sex distribution between HP group and non HP group.The age distribution of the two groups was mainly 40-60 years old,and the average age was not different.2.The elements of disease locationof HP infected patients with gastric polyps were ranked from high to low as bellow: qi stagnation,dampness,heat,phlegm,yang-deficiency,qi-deficiency,yin-deficiency,blood stasis,blood-deficiency,food accumulation;the elements of disease location were arranged from high to low as stomach,spleen,liver,chest and diaphragm;HP non-infected patients with gastric polyps were arranged from high to low as follows: qi stagnation,yang-deficiency,dampness,heat,yin-deficiency,qi deficiency,phlegm,food accumulation,blood stasis and blood deficiency;the elements of disease locationwere arranged from high to low as stomach,spleen,liver,chest and diaphragm,kidney.3.There was no meanning difference in the morphology and number of colonic polyps among HP group and non HP group(P>0.05),and the two groups have no meanning difference in the pathological type of polyps(P>0.05),which was not consistent with the results reported in other literature studies,considering the small sample size and single sample center.4.There were significant differences in TCM syndromes between HP infected gastric polyps and non HP infected patients: pathogenic syndromes such as qi stagnation,phlegm,dampness,heat and location syndrome such as spleen and liver in HP infected patients with gastric polyps(P<0.05);pathogenic syndromes such as phlegm,dampness,heat and spleen in HP infected patients with gastric polyps(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.HP infection of gastric polyps patients with disease of the inclusion of deficiency,deficiency syndrome is mainly ecluded qi-deficiency,yang-deficiency,the main empirical manifestations are qi stagnation,dampness,phlegm,and it is relevant tostomach,spleen,liver related.2.HP infected patients with gastric polyps are closely related to pathogenic syndromes such as phlegm,dampness,heat and spleen and liver,and HP infected patients with gastric polyps are closely related to pathological syndromes such as phlegm,dampness and heat.
